Mark Joye

Joel D. Bieber

Joel Bieber, Esq. is the founder of The Joel Bieber Firm, a personal injury and pharmaceutical law firm based in Richmond and Virginia Beach, Virginia; with additional offices in Maryland, South Carolina, West Virginia, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and South Carolina, the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, South US District Court of South Carolina, the 4th Circuit US Court of Appeals, and has waived into several other states to handle cases across the United States. Charity work is near and dear to Mr. Bieber’s heart. He has served as Advisory Board member for Crossover Ministries and has been a Spokesman for United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) and Richmond Hero, an animal protection organization. He is also active with Caritas, the National Kidney Foundation of the Virginia’s, and the Brain Injury Association of Virginia. He also is a member of the North American Brain Injury Society (NABIS) and received the organization’s Founders Award (now known as the Robert Voogt Founders Award) for his dedication to advancement in the field of brain injury. He has been appointed by the Governor of Virginia to serve on the VCU Health System Authority Board of Directors. The Authority operates hospitals and related health care facilities including five Health Sciences Schools of Virginia Commonwealth University.

George Sink

George Sink has served all his life, starting as a teacher, then serving two tours in Vietnam as a Marine. After his military service, he graduated from Emory University School of Law in 1973 and began practicing law in 1974, establishing his own firm in 1977. He focuses his practice on serving injured people, with a client-oriented approach, and has helped over 40,000 injured individuals.

John D. Hawkins

John Hawkins is the Founder and CEO of HawkLaw, a firm he created and has grown and nurtured since 2002. He has been licensed to practice law in South Carolina since his graduation with honors in 1994 from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was on the Law Review and Order of Wig and Robe. John’s career has been focused on litigation, and he is experienced in handling Car Wrecks, Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, Administrative Law, and Criminal Law matters. His familiarity with the courtroom began when he clerked for the South Carolina Supreme Court and South Carolina Circuit Court. He also served for eight years as a South Carolina State Senator and for four years as a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives. John has served his country for 23 years in the South Carolina Army and Air National Guard, where he rose to the rank of Major and gained even greater legal experience as a JAG officer. John graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wofford College. His legal experience as a litigator, Legislator, Senator, and JAG officer, as well as the leadership skills learned in politics and the military, are put to excellent use for HawkLaw’s clients. Henry E. Teich

Henry "Hank" Teich has been in practice in Asheville and Western North Carolina for more than 40 years. He is the senior partner at Grimes Teich Anderson LLP, where he practices Personal Injury and Workers· Compensation Law. Hank has been a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law since 2000.
