Brad Parker

Born and raised in New Jersey, Brad Parker has deep roots in South Jersey and a strong passion for local service. A 1985 graduate of Holy Cross High School in Delran, he was an accomplished student-athlete, excelling in football, baseball, and track. Brad earned his BA in Political Science from Bucknell University in 1989, where he was also a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. After college, Brad gained early legal experience clerking in Philadelphia before attending Widener University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1993. He then clerked at his family’s law firm, Parker McCay and Criscuolo, in Marlton, New Jersey, where he passed the bar in 1994 and began his legal career. Working alongside his father, David Parker, and other family members in the firm founded by his grandfather over a century ago, Brad honed his skills in medical malpractice and insurance defense, eventually becoming a partner. In 2007, Brad co-founded Parker, Young & Antinoff, LLC in Marlton, New Jersey, serving as managing partner. With a reputation as an experienced and accomplished trial attorney, Brad has built a practice focused on representing insurance companies and self-insured clients in premises liability and auto negligence cases, while also fighting for individuals injured due to others’ negligence. Licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, Brad is an active member of the Burlington County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Daniel Gee (Dan) has over thirty (30) years of trial experience in civil and criminal trial experience in courts in the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Dan was born and raised in South Jersey. He attended Holy Cross High School in Delran, Burlington County and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Rutgers University in 1989. Bob has been practicing law as a South Jersey injury attorney over the past four decades, having been admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1980. He holds a B.S. Degree from Rutgers University and received his Juris Doctor from The Quinnipiac University School of Law in North Haven, Connecticut. Thereafter he began his litigation experience working as an associate defense attorney for Cummins & Hendrix and later for McGroarty and Sulock. Catherine was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2001 and was also admitted to the Florida Bar. She holds a B.S. in criminal justice from Stockton University and received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University, in Miami Florida, where she participated in moot court proceedings. Thereafter, she interned for the Public Defender’s Office in Miami/Dade County. In building her litigation experience, Catherine worked as an associate defense attorney for the law firm of Hurvitz & Waldman LLC for 13.5 years, before joining Grungo Law in 2018 as a Trial Attorney in our Litigation Department. Catherine is very active in many pursuits that benefit charitable organizations and assist with the homeless populations of Atlantic, Cumberland, and Camden Counties. Michael P. Aloi

Michael P. Aloi

Mike Aloi is the head of the Workers’ Compensation / Social Security Disability Department. Originally from Jersey City, New Jersey, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from St. Peter’s University in 1981. Mike moved to suburban Philadelphia to attend Temple University, Beasley School of Law, and received his Juris Doctor degree in 1984. Upon graduating from law school, he practiced law in Philadelphia for many years before joining a South Jersey law firm where he worked for the past 16 years eventually becoming a shareholder and the head of the Workers’ Compensation Department. Mike joined Grungo Law on September 1, 2017, and continues to concentrate his practice as a South Jersey workers’ compensation lawyer in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In his 33 years as an attorney, Mike has tried numerous contested cases to conclusion before the Division of Workers’ Compensation in New Jersey, the Workers’ Compensation Office of Adjudication in Pennsylvania, as well as the Social Security Office of Disability Adjudication and Review in both States. Mike is an avid sports fan and was an All-State ice hockey player at St. Peter’s Prep. He still enjoys an occasional pickup game at a local rink, but most of his involvement in sports is as an enthusiastic spectator. His friends describe him as the ultimate family man. He lives in Marlton with Rose, his wife of 35 years and they have two daughters and a son-in-law. Mike’s oldest daughter is an attorney residing in Philadelphia and his youngest daughter works in Hospitality Management in Beverly Hills, California. Mike believes that life is about giving what we have of ourselves to help others. He is unique in that he thinks of the needs of his friends and family before his own. He treats his clients with the same respect, kindness, and compassion that he instilled in his own daughters.
