David M. Spillane

David Spillane was born in Quincy, where he currently resides. He was the middle child of seven children growing up in Dorchester. He is a 1975 cum laude graduate of the New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences, having earned a degree in Mortuary Science. He is also a 1977 cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Boston, majoring in Political Science. While raising three children and working in as a regional sales manager for a Midwest manufacturer, David attended the evening division of New England School of Law, where graduated cum laude in 1987. Upon his admission to the Massachusetts Bar, he opened a private general practice in Quincy, while working part-time as Counsel to the Quincy Police in the Office of the City Solicitor in Quincy for three years. He was admitted to the United States District Court Bar in 1988 and the United States Supreme Court Bar in 1993, and is also a member of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts, is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors-South Shore Chapter and an affiliate member of the South Shore Realtors. David was a principal in the law firm of Spillane & Epstein, P.C. for eleven years with offices throughout southeastern Massachusetts. David has been in practice for over 30years, with concentrations in estate planning and administration, real estate conveyancing and personal injury. David also represents winners of the Massachusetts State Lottery so that they may claim their prizes anonymously, and has performed this valuable service more than any other lawyer in Massachusetts. He enjoys spending time with his three adult children and two granddaughters.

Beth R. Levenson

Beth Levenson grew up in Randolph, Massachusetts. She is a graduate of Brandeis University where she majored in Philosophy. She earned her law degree from the Washington College of Law of The American University in Washington, D.C. Ms. Levenson is experienced in the areas of Social Security Disability, Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and Property Damage in both private practice and as a counselor for several insurance companies. In addition, she has represented many clients with issues relating to insurance coverage, and has lectured extensively to insurance company representatives and Massachusetts attorneys in the areas of Personal Injury Litigation, Insurance Coverage, Automobile Insurance Policies, and Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage. Ms. Levenson has almost thirty years of experience as an appellate litigator, covering various subjects including Social Security Disability, Workman’s Compensation, Criminal Law, Civil Law Topics, and has argued numerous cases before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the Reviewing Board of the Department of Industrial Accidents, the Appeals Court, and the Supreme Judicial Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Ms. Levenson is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and of the District of Columbia. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. She has been an Assistant District Attorney in Bristol County, Massachusetts, concentrating in appellate prosecutions. She has also served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in Essex and Worcester Counties, working in the appellate divisions of those offices. Ms. Levenson has taught various courses in the paralegal training programs of both Fisher College and Newbury College. She is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and currently serves as a member of the Board of the Lawyers’ Referral Service and on the Mock Trial Committee and the Appellate Bench/Bar Committee. She volunteers her time to serve as a “judge” in the annual high school Massachusetts Bar Association Mock Trial Competition. She is a former member of the MBA Criminal Law Section Counsel and a former chair of the MBA Law Practice Management Section Counsel. She participates as a panelist on several MBA seminars on the topic of automobile accident cases. Ms. Levenson is also a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.

Daniel J. Gibson

Dan Gibson, a native of Hyde Park, and has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1987. He is a 1977 graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Boston, where he earned a degree in Political Science and is a graduate of the Suffolk University Sawyer School of Management where he earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration in 1979. Upon graduation from Suffolk University, Dan worked as the Deputy Assistant Register at the Suffolk County Probate & Family Court in Boston for eight years, four years of which were while attending law school evenings. He graduated cum laude from New England School of Law in Boston in 1987 where he served as the Lead Articles Editor for the New England Law Review. After a one-year clerkship in the Massachusetts Superior Court, he joined the firm of Sarrouf, Taricone & Flemming, P.C. in 1988, a boutique litigation practice specializing in major injury tort litigation and probate of estates relating to wrongful death cases, where he soon became a partner. In 2005, needing to make time for raising his two children, Dan returned to the Suffolk Probate Court as the Judicial Case Manager / Magistrate, a position he held for 12 years. In 2018, along with his long-time mentor Camile F. Sarrouf, Esq. and law partner Camile F. Sarrouf, Jr., Esq., Dan formed the firm Sarrouf / Gibson in Downtown Boston. In September he left his Boston practice and in October 2019, Dan assumed the position of Partner and Chief Litigation Counsel at our firm. He was admitted to the United States District Court Bar in 1988 and the United States Supreme Court Bar in 1993.

Bruce Lipsey

Bruce Lipsey is a Native of Providence, Rhode Island and currently lives in Sharon, MA with his wife Marcie and two sons. Mr. Lipsey graduated with Honors from Brown University with a concentration in Ethics and Political Philosophy. He received his law degree from Suffolk Law School, with honors in oral advocacy and brief writing. While at Suffolk, Mr. Lipsey was named a contributing editor to the widely used lawyer’s resource, Proof of Cases in Massachusetts. Further, Mr. Lipsey clerked for the Honorable Judge James Sweeney. Bruce focuses his practice in the areas of disability law, which includes SSDI and workers’ compensation law. He represents injured and disabled individuals before the Social Security Administration and the Department of Industrial Accidents. Bruce is a frequent guest instructor at MCLE (Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education) on workers’ compensation issues and was the recent keynote speaker for the National Business Institute regarding social security disability advocacy. Mr. Lipsey is a member of the Plymouth and Norfolk County Bar Associations and the workers’ compensation sub-committee of the Mass Bar Association. Mr. Lipsey formerly served as the Chairman of the Massachusetts Bar Association Sub-Committee on Workers’ Compensation. He is a frequent lecturer and has appeared on WNTN as a commentator on workers’ compensation. He has also been used as a consultant on social security issues for WBZ TV news. He is also a member of the Federal bar. Mr. Lipsey currently serves as Area Chair for Brown University alumni interviewing. Attorney Lipsey has been recognized by SuperLawyers in their annual listing of top lawyers in their fields of practice for several years. This honor is limited to the top 5% of lawyers in the state. Scott J. Clifford

Attorney Scott J. Clifford is a Holbrook native. He attended all of the Holbrook schools until his college years where he attended Bridgewater State University. Upon graduation he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Legal Studies. Graham N. Wright

Graham Wright is a highly qualified lawyer who hails from Doylestown, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Franklin and Marshall College with a dual major in Economics and Public Policy and then earned his law degree from New England Law | Boston in 2006. Cara Kuzmiski

Cara Kuzmiski was born and raised in Raynham, MA. She graduated from Coyle and Cassidy High School in 1996 and went on to attend Merrimack College in Andover, MA, from where she graduated in 2000 earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. In 2006, Cara was admitted to Southern New England School of Law in Dartmouth, MA. While in law school, Cara was one of six students, invited by the faculty, to join the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court team during her second year. She graduated from Southern New England School of Law in 2009. After graduating from law school, Cara moved to Venice, Florida and worked as a criminal defense law clerk and real estate law clerk before returning to Massachusetts in 2015. Upon returning to Massachusetts, she accepted a position with a Fortune 500 Insurance company. In the fall of 2016, Cara accepted a law clerk position at a well-established general practice law firm in Southeastern Massachusetts where she worked on personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Cara was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in February 2021 and has practiced in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, residential and commercial real estate and probate.
