Angela N. Sinkfield
Angie Sinkfield was first introduced to the legal field as a 15-year-old in her hometown of Enterprise, Alabama, where she worked as an aide to the Circuit Clerk of Coffee County, Alabama. During high school and college, she worked in two different law offices as a legal assistant, and, in 1997, after completing her Bachelor’s Degree from Troy State University, she began her pursuit of a law degree from Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana. Upon graduation from law school in 2000, Angie began practicing at the largest law firm in Killeen, Texas, as a Personal Injury attorney. In 2005, Angie opened a practice in Harker Heights with three partners, and in 2011, Angie and two of her partners left and opened Seigman, Sinkfield & Libersky, PLLC. At Seigman, Sinkfield & Libersky, PLLC, Angie handles all personal injury cases.

Ted Smith
Ted Smith was an active duty JAG legal assistance officer with III Corps at Fort Hood, Texas before he opened his private practice in Killeen in 1976. Since then he has represented thousands of Central Texans by providing solutions to their legal needs. He finds special meaning in assisting families and individuals with their Social Security Disability claims, taking extra-ordinary time and care to prepare and coach his clients for their hearings. During his military career, Doug earned two master’s degrees, one in Homeland Security from the Naval Post Graduate School and the other in National Security / Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. Prior to his military retirement, Doug commanded a theater-level Special Operations Unit in the Texas Army National Guard focused on enhancing the counter terrorism capacity of African Countries facing threats from Boko Haram, Al-Qaeda, ISIS, and other violent extremist groups. After 30 years of active and reserve duty, Doug retired from the military in 2017 at the rank of Colonel. Lynn L. Libersky

Richard W. Rousseau
Attorney Rick Rousseau is a retired Colonel with 27 years of active duty experience as a Judge Advocate (JAG). He formerly served twice as the Staff Judge Advocate for Fort Hood and a professor at the Judge Advocate General’s School. Rick’s extensive experience in the military and VA disability practice allows him to effectively represent Veterans that have served our country to receive the VA disability benefits to which they are rightfully entitled. He is uniquely equipped based upon his practice and experience to represent Servicemembers and Veterans in a variety of military law cases and VA appeals.
