Kelsey K. Bardwell

Rick E. Watson
As Co-Owners and founders of Watson Law Firm, Rick Watson has dedicated his life to doing what's best for others. Since graduating with his JD from University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville in 1994, he has been working diligently for those who need his assistance. His experience is vast, including work in business law, personal injury, family law, estates and trusts, probate law, and criminal defense. Prior to his time spent as a lawyer, Mr. Watson owned a ranch with cattle, chickens, and later horses. He is also a survivor of stage 4 cancer and underwent jaw replacement surgery. Kendra Robinson
Kendra Robinson is an Associate Attorney at The Bardwell Firm, focusing primarily on domestic relations, civil litigation, real property, and estate planning. She gained valuable experience as a Rule XV student attorney and completed an externship with Judge Candice A. Settle. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations and a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Arkansas. Kendra is also a certified Attorney Ad Litem.

Catherine F. Golden
Catherine F. Golden is a retired attorney whose practice focused on estate planning, probate, creditor bankruptcy and collections, and small business start-up and contracts. She was admitted to practice in Louisiana (1991, inactive), Alabama (1995, inactive), and Arkansas (2005). She graduated with honors from Louisiana State University Law Center in 1991 and served as Senior Editor for the Louisiana Law Review. She retired in 2023.

Mercedes L. Watson is a highly acclaimed family law attorney with a rich history in the legal field. A 1993 graduate of Capital School of Law in central Ohio, Ms. Watson has spent the last 25 yeas faithfully serving her clients. Before joining Watson Law Firm in 2005, she worked as an attorney in family law, employment law, and bankruptcy for Griffin, Flink & Watson. In addition to her legal service, Ms. Watson is also a member and worthy matron of Violet Chapter 480 of the Order of the Eastern Star, a benevolent organization supporting assistance for women and children both locally and nationally. Mercedes is a founding member of Watson Law Firm, beginning with an office in Stockton, Missouri. They then opened an additional office in Harrison, Arkansas, which is now the primary location for the firm. Practicing law for over 30 years, Mercedes has a wealth of knowledge to effectively represent her clients.
