Linda A. Cunabaugh

Linda A. Cunabaugh is a Founding Partner of Carroll Papp & Cunabaugh, P.C. Her practice areas include Family Law, Mediation, Adoption, and Collaborative Divorce. She was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1985 and has served as the first female President of the McHenry County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in Illinois state and federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Lori is an adjunct professor at Loyola University School of Law and an instructor at McHenry County College, and has received awards for dedicated service from the McHenry County Bar Association and Prairie State Legal Services.

Grace Jinkins is an associate attorney with Carroll, Papp & Cunabaugh P.C. Her primary practice areas are Real Estate and Estate Planning, including residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate, 1031 exchanges, and various trusts and wills.
