Robert L. Isaacs
Robert L. Isaacs grew up in Henrico's west end, attending Miles E. Godwin High School. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from the College of William and Mary in 1990. He earned his J.D. Degree from George Mason University School of Law in 1993. Rob started his career in 1992 as a law clerk in Fairfax, working for a boutique firm specializing in family law and litigation. In 1995, Rob returned to his hometown of Richmond to create the practice he felt best served his client's needs. He remains focused on family law and personal injury. Rob has represented diverse clients with unique issues in all levels of state courts, including the Virginia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Virginia. He has published articles, taught Continuing Legal Education courses to other lawyers, and is an active fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He has been active in his community, serving as Chairman for the Hanover Special Education Advisory Committee to the school board. Rob and his wife Kristen have resided in Hanover County since 2003, where they raised three boys. When not working, Rob regularly exercises at the gym, engages in outdoor activities, and always makes time for family and friends.
Gray Broughton
Gray Broughton is a professional and seasoned trial lawyer who leads clients through crises with in-depth investigations and aggressive legal representation. He is a passionate advocate with a history of service, having served over four years as a JAG officer in the U.S. Army, including Operation Iraqi Freedom. After military service, he worked for nine years as a trial attorney at a large law firm before dedicating his practice to personal injury. He is recognized by Martindale-Hubbell, Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, Virginia Legal Elite, and was named one of Richmond’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2013.

G. Brian Tacey
Brian Tacey earned his B.S. from the College of Charleston in 2005 and his J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 2008. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States District Court (Eastern District of Virginia). Brian began his career in personal injury and criminal defense, then served as Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Hanover County, focusing on narcotics investigations and various criminal matters. Before co-founding Jurach, Tacey & Quitiquit, PLC, he practiced criminal defense and personal injury at Parcell & Webb, PC. He continues to specialize in personal injury and criminal defense, particularly narcotics cases.

Tony Quitiquit
Tony Quitiquit focuses his practice on criminal law, including felonies, misdemeanors, DUI, and reckless driving. A Virginia native, he graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a B.A. in political science and earned his J.D. from Charleston School of Law in 2011. He began his legal career as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Halifax and Hanover, prosecuting various criminal and traffic matters. Tony co-founded Jurach, Tacey & Quitiquit, concentrating on criminal defense and traffic work across Virginia. He also serves as a Guardian ad Litem for juveniles and has received numerous awards, including being named a Super Lawyer multiple times.
Sharif Gray
Sharif Gray is a trial lawyer at Broughton Injury Law, with extensive experience as a United States Army JAG Officer, Drug and Vice Prosecutor, and Federal Judicial Law Clerk. He is passionate about trial work and achieving results for his clients, having successfully defended hundreds of soldiers and won millions in verdicts and settlements as a personal injury lawyer. He graduated valedictorian from the Virginia Military Institute and holds a law degree from the University of Virginia and a master's in trial advocacy from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
