John Womick was born into a working family in Illinois and has been practicing law in the state for almost 40 years. His focus has always been on helping injured workers and others who have been victimized by the fault or negligence of another party.

Daniel Kay

Daniel Kay is an experienced attorney who began practicing law in 1996. He holds a J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Illinois. His career includes roles as an Assistant Public Defender, Assistant Attorney General, and Trial Defense Services with the U.S. Army Reserve, J.A.G., where he served as a military criminal prosecutor and Senior Defense Attorney in Iraq. He is certified by the Illinois Supreme Court for death penalty cases. Daniel specializes in Family Law, Criminal Law, and Personal Injury Law, offering dedicated service and a personal touch to his clients.

Casey Van Winkle joined the personal injury law firm in 2003.

Jill Womick-Bloodworth joined the law firm’s team of attorneys in 2002 and plans to carry on the tradition of advocating for working people.
