Richard B. Druby
Richard B. Druby has been in private civil practice since 1991 and is the managing partner of Nestico Druby, P.C. His primary practice areas include civil litigation, negotiation of oil and gas leases, family law, and mediation. He has extensive experience in construction-related disputes, commercial and business litigation, and appellate advocacy. Mr. Druby assists landowners with oil and gas lease negotiations and provides mediation and arbitration services through New Direction Mediation Center. He previously served as a Divorce Master in Dauphin County and on several boards. He is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He graduated from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania in 1988 and The Dickinson School of Law in 1991.

Megan C. Huff
Megan C. Huff has been in private practice since 2000 and joined Nestico Druby, P.C. in 2008. She practices throughout Central Pennsylvania primarily in collections, debtors' and creditors' rights, estate planning, estate administration, real estate family law, and civil litigation. Her practice also includes representing clients in real estate matters and she is a title agent. Her family law practice covers divorce, support, custody, adoption, name changes, and premarital agreements. She graduated from Wofford College in 1996 and Dickinson School of Law in 1999. She clerked for the Honorable John R. Walker and practiced with other firms before joining Nestico Druby, P.C. She is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, all Pennsylvania State Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Anthony J. Nestico
Anthony J. 'Tony' Nestico (May 31, 1963 - November 22, 2018) was a founding partner of Nestico Druby, P.C. He practiced law for 28 years, establishing his own practice in Hershey in 1996 and forming Nestico Druby, P.C. with Richard Druby in 1999. He was known as a problem solver, devoted to serving clients, and often represented individuals pro bono. He graduated from Hershey High School in 1981, Shippensburg University in 1985, and Vermont Law School, magna cum laude, in 1990. He was an accomplished student of traditional Okinawan karate. He endured a severe autoimmune disorder, polymyositis, which caused him to take a nearly 3-year leave of absence from his practice.

Michael A. Warnagiris
Michael A. Warnagiris serves as 'of counsel' to Nestico Druby, P.C., specializing in State and Local Taxation. He has represented businesses across various industries, achieving significant tax refunds and assessment reductions. Previously, he was Staff Counsel to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania - Board of Finance & Revenue and served as a Hearing Officer and Legal Assistant at the Department of Revenue, Board of Appeals. Mr. Warnagiris is a graduate of Widener University School of Law (J.D.) and Villanova University (B.A.).
