David Gladish

Attorney Gladish has resided in Lake County, Indiana for most of his life. Attorney Gladish is a graduate of Munster High School, Class of 1987 and went on to attend Calumet College of St. Joseph where he graduated Cum Laude in 1991 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. At the time of graduation, Attorney Gladish was selected not only as a 1991 member of Who’s Who in American Universities and Colleges, but also as the Outstanding Criminal Justice Graduate. After graduation, Attorney Gladish was hired by the Hammond City Court as probation officer and obtained his license in August of 1992 by passing the required State of Indiana testing by the Judicial Conference of Indiana. Attorney Gladish then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1995. In a four (4) day period in July of 1995, Attorney Gladish took both the Indiana and Illinois Bar Examinations and passed them both on his first attempt at taking the examinations. Presently, Attorney Gladish is licensed to practice law in the States of Indiana and Illinois as well as having membership in the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, Lake County Bar Association, East Chicago Bar Association and the Delta Theta Phil Law Fraternity. Attorney Gladish is entitled to practice before all courts of Indiana and Illinois, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the Northern District of Illinois and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Burton A. Padove

Burton Padove has nearly 40 years of experience protecting the legal rights of personal injury victims, having obtained two record verdicts. He also handles family law matters. Licensed in Indiana (1988) and Illinois (1981), he is an active participant in the Chicago Bar Association and Lake County Bar Association, where he has served as a Director and committee member. He is a past member of the American Association for Justice and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and has been recognized for his commitment to the Lake County Pro Bono Program. Mr. Padove has also provided Continuing Legal Education presentations on various legal topics.

Michael D. Dobosz

Mr. Dobosz was born in East Chicago, Indiana on September 24th 1963. He graduated summa cum laude from East Tennessee State University in 1986 with a B.S. in Psychology, Political Science, and Criminal Justice. He earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law in 1989 and was admitted to the Indiana Bar the same year. He focuses primarily on personal injury cases, including wrongful death, medical malpractice, and automobile accidents, and also has extensive experience in estate planning, probate, elder law, real estate law, and corporate law. He has represented plaintiffs against state and county governments, doctors, nurses, hospitals, and insurance companies.

Walter F. Sandoval

Mr. Sandoval was born in Northwest Indiana and graduated from Portage High School in 1992. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in 1996. He earned his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2002 and passed the Indiana and Illinois bar examinations. He is licensed to practice in Indiana, Illinois, and the federal courts. He is a member of the Lake County Bar Association (Board of Managers), Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, Indiana State Bar Association, and Illinois Bar Association.

Christopher M. Jahnke

Founding Partner Christopher M. Jahnke focuses exclusively on Family Law and Injury Law, representing clients in divorce, custody, guardianships, adoptions, and personal injury cases. He holds a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law (2002), an M.A. and B.A. in Economics from Eastern Illinois University, and an M.B.A. from Syracuse University School of Management (2002).

Douglas Walker

Attorney Douglas Walker is a graduate of Munster High School (Class of 1988) where he excelled in the classroom as well as athletics having received the Shearard Scholastic Award. Attorney Walker went on to attend Valparaiso University (Class of 1992) obtaining a degree in Accounting and thereafter successfully completed the rigorous CPA exam which he currently maintains in the State of Indiana as a Certified Public Accountant. In 1994, Attorney Walker returned to Valparaiso to attend the Valparaiso University School of Law, where he became a member of the University’s prestigious Law Review as a Note Editor and Moot Court Society resulting in appellate arguments in competitions involving issues such as trademark protection and harassment in the workplace. Attorney Walker also served as Law Clerk in the Lake Superior Court. Upon receiving his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University in 1997, Attorney Walker worked as a tax consultant for Price Waterhouse LLP, in Chicago.

Michael A. Campbell

Attorney Michael A. Campbell’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of criminal defendants through all phases of litigation which includes pre-trial, trial, and post conviction relief. He has also been involved in several high-profile cases throughout his career including Death Penalty Eligible cases.
