Born and raised on Oahu, Scott graduated from Punahou School in 1991. He received an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Santa Clara University in 1995, and his law degree from the University of Hawai‘i Manoa in 1998. In 2007, Scott was awarded a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

Robert Marx

Robert Marx has been a fixture in Big Island legal circles for more than 42 years, helping countless personal injury victims. He graduated from Oregon State University in 1971 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Lewis & Clark College in 1979. He served three terms in the Oregon House of Representatives and began practicing law in Hilo in 1980. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Hawaii Association for Justice, and has received numerous awards including 'America's Top 50 Lawyers' for personal injury in Hawaii 2022 and 'Top 10 Personal Injury Attorney in Hawaii' in 2020 & 2021.

Over the years, Dan Kirley has built a reputation for being a strong advocate for his clients. He graduated from Punahou School in 1986. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1990, and a law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in California in 1993.

Saphira Goode

Saphira Goode is an associate attorney who strives to be a zealous advocate for her clients. She handles personal injury cases and has experience in Trusts & Estates, Family Law, Land cases, and Environmental Law. She received her J.D. from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa’s law school in 2024 and was licensed to practice law in Hawaii in late 2024. Prior to law school, she earned a B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of Hawai’i at Hilo and worked as an elementary teacher.
