Charles D. Brewster
Charles D. Brewster has over 30 years of experience in the general practice of law in South Central Nebraska, with an emphasis in trial work. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and graduated from the Nebraska College of Law in 1978. He previously served as a County Attorney/State’s Prosecutor and has appeared in Federal courts. He was named a Distinguished Fellow by the Nebraska State Bar Foundation in 2004. Since 1986, he has primarily practiced as a criminal defense lawyer, also representing clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Remington S. Slama
Remington S. Slama received his Bachelor of Science with honors from Central Methodist University and his law degree with Highest Distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he was Executive Editor of the Nebraska Law Review. His practice includes work in both criminal and civil litigation, mostly centering on business and commercial matters, as well as personal injury and wrongful death.

She serves on the board for the Kearney Area Children’s Museum.
