Alan Boyack
Alan Boyack received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah in 1965. In 1973, he graduated from Southwestern University of Law in Los Angeles with a Juris Doctor. Alan started the practice of law in Hollywood, California. Many of Alan’s cases have been the subject of National Media, including the Estate of Billionaire, Howard Hughes, State of Utah v J.C. Gardner (Capital murder), and the City of St. George vs Brent Allen Turner (First Amendment rights). Alan was a public defender in the local courts for many years, handling numerous jury trials, including several murder cases. He is a compassionate attorney with a focus on finding solutions. Alan is also a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army, having served in the special forces in the Vietnam Conflict. He is active in the Special Forces Association. Alan also hosted a legal radio show several years ago providing valuable information to the community. He and his wife, Trudy, served a military liaison mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in South Carolina.
