John Lengemann

John Lengemann (1941-2025) graduated from the University of Michigan in 1963 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and from Wayne State University Law School in 1968 with a Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, ranking 2nd in his class. He co-founded Morrice & Lengemann in 1969. He completed training at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and a mediation seminar at the University of Michigan. Mr. Lengemann represented clients in various matters including wrongful death, automobile injuries, real estate, criminal cases, and family law. He was active in his community, serving as President of the Imlay City Area Chamber of Commerce, Lapeer County Bar Association, 40th Judicial Circuit Bar Association, and Imlay City Rotary Club.

Sally Miller

Attorney Sally A. Miller began her practice in 1997. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Attorney Miller served for two years as a law clerk for Lapeer County Judges Nick O. Holowka, Martin E. Clements and Michael P. Higgins, and also assisted the Prosecuting Attorney’s office with criminal matters. She earned law school awards for academic achievements in Advocacy and Trial Skills and has been recognized by her peers for her ethical demeanor. Attorney Miller also graduated from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy at Duquesne University. Her extensive experience focuses on family law, criminal defense, adoptions, and domestic mediation.

William Lengemann

Attorney William Lengemann holds a B.A. from Aquinas College, a Master in Education Administration from Grand Valley State University, and a Juris Doctorate from Cooley College. He is also a graduate from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA). He earned law school awards for academic achievements in contracts, property, wills, estates, & trusts, research & writing, and advanced writing. Mr. Lengemann is an active member of his community, volunteering as a women's varsity basketball coach and participating in various organizations.

Alexis Atkins

Attorney Alexis K. Atkins obtained her Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Oakland University and her Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She served for five years as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Theile and the Honorable B. Chris Christenson handling domestic, general civil, general criminal, business court, mental health court, expungements, adoptions, and neglect matters in the 7th Circuit Court located in Genesee County. Attorney Atkins also served a term as the Director of Public Relations for the Student Bar Association, Auburn Hills division.
