John D. Fielding
John D. Fielding has lived in the Brevard County area for over 45 years and attended Gemini Elementary, Hoover Jr.High School and Melbourne High School. Fielding received his undergraduate from the University of Central Florida and a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of the Florida Bar, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Florida Justice Association, Association of American Trial Lawyers, and past president of the Young Lawyers Association of the Brevard County Bar. Currently a Partner in the law firm of Jacobus Fielding, Injury Attorneys. Fielding practices in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury and first party insurance claims, including PIP, property and homeowner’s insurance disputes.

Mr. Jacobus is a graduate of Melbourne High School and the University of Florida. He attended the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1996. Mr. Jacobus was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996 and is admitted to all of the State Courts in Florida as well as the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Jacobus is an Eagle Member of the Florida Justice Association and an active member of the Brevard County Bar Association. He is also a member of ABOTA. He has practiced exclusively in fields of law related to personal injury, worker’s compensation, wrongful death and insurance disputes during the entirety of his twenty eight years of practice.
