Christopher A. Layman
Christopher A. Layman is the founding member of Layman Law Firm where he practices litigation of plaintiff personal injury matters. He grew up in the Orlando, Florida area and graduated from Winter Park High School in 1986. He received his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Speech Communications from the University of Central Florida in 1990. Mr. Layman attended The University of Arkansas at Little Rock, School of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in 1997. After graduation, he worked at a large insurance defense firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, handling cases in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties. He relocated to Brevard County, Florida in 1999, continuing defense work until 2001, when he shifted his focus exclusively to plaintiff's personal injury cases. Mr. Layman founded Layman Law Firm in 2003, representing individuals injured or killed due to negligence. He was awarded the AV rating by the Martindale Hubbell Lawyers Directory for very high professional competence and ethical practice.

Jack Whitelock, Jr.
Jack Whitelock, Jr. was born in Cleveland, Ohio and has been a Florida resident for over 50 years. He has practiced in the state and federal courts of Florida for over 35 years. Mr. Whitelock received his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University and his undergraduate degree in Mass Communications from The University of Miami, Coral Gables. He was awarded the AV rating by the Martindale Hubbell Lawyers Directory for very high professional competence and ethical practice. Mr. Whitelock has litigated a broad range of cases including personal injuries, car accidents, uninsured motorist, slip and fall, dog bite, property and insurance losses, and contractual disputes and arbitrations in various Florida counties. He also served for six years in the United States Coast Guard Reserve.
