Marcos Garza

Mr. Garza is a native of East Tennessee. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University. He obtained his Masters of Science from the University of Tennessee and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Marcos M. Garza of the Garza Law Firm, PLLC is best known for his defense of those accused of DUI, criminal charges and for his representation of individuals who have suffered serious personal injury. Philip La Nasa

Philip La Nasa, born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, graduated from the University of Mississippi and earned both his MBA and JD degrees from Loyola University in 1995. He served as a law clerk and judicial law clerk before co-founding a law firm in New Orleans. After Hurricane Katrina, he moved to Tennessee in 2007 and has practiced in 62 of Tennessee’s 95 counties. He is a member of the Tennessee State Bar Association, Knoxville Bar Association, and Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, and was recognized by the Million Dollar Advocates Forum in 2023.

G. Turner Howard III

G. Turner Howard III earned his BA at Tulane University and his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. He also holds a Master’s and Doctor of Divinity from Andrews Theological Seminary and Columbia Theological Seminary. A veteran of the US Army in Vietnam, he is an accomplished athlete, inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame in Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Tulane University. He was on the U.S. Junior Davis Cup Team and received a bronze medal in cycling in the U.C.I. World Championships in Austria. With over twenty years of experience, he focuses on personal injury.

Jason Legg

Jason Legg joined Garza Law in 2023, bringing over twenty years of experience in civil cases and workers' compensation. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 1996 and his J.D. from Mississippi College of Law in 1997. He is recognized as a 'Top Attorney' in Knoxville by Cityview Magazine in multiple practice areas, including Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Product Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and Wrongful Death.

Tony Seaton

Tony Seaton is a trial attorney from Johnson City, TN, with 43 years of experience primarily in personal injury practice. He graduated from ETSU and the University of Memphis School of Law. He serves as Administrator of the Keenan Trial Institute, is a former president of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, and formerly served on the Access to Justice Committee appointed by the Tennessee Supreme Court. He received the 2023 Lifetime Achievement Award from the TTLA.

Tim Baldridge

Timothy L. Baldridge, from Shreveport, Louisiana, earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Memphis State University in 1987 and his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 1991. He was admitted to the Michigan bar and later the Tennessee bar in 1993. With over twenty years of experience, he has successfully represented clients in personal injury, workers’ compensation, social security disability, and criminal law throughout East Tennessee.

Brent Morris

Brent Morris, born in Knoxville, graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law in 2005 with honors. He has extensive experience in civil insurance defense, including working in-house for Chubb insurance, providing him with insight into the insurance industry. He now represents plaintiffs in vehicle accidents, premises liability, and worker’s compensation cases at Garza Law. He is a member of the Tennessee bar and all federal courts in Tennessee.
