Since joining the firm in 2015, Miranda has built a successful litigation practice specializing in the areas of personal injury, nursing home abuse, and workers’ compensation. Miranda has extensive litigation and trial experience and regularly litigates in both state and federal courts. She also has appellate experience in the Georgia Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Georgia, 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and even the United States Supreme Court.

Marc A. Avidano is a partner and veteran trial lawyer at Smith, Welch, Webb and White. He joined the firm in 2006 after practicing in Florida for ten years, focusing on medical malpractice and insurance defense. His current practice includes various personal injury matters and civil litigation. He is the managing partner for the Peachtree City office.

Marc A. Avidano is a partner with Smith, Welch, Webb & White and a veteran trial lawyer. Mr. Avidano joined the firm in 2006 after practicing in Florida for ten years and focusing primarily on medical malpractice litigation and insurance defense litigation. Over the past decade since joining Smith, Welch, Webb & White, Mr. Avidano has continued to handle insurance defense matters, and has broadened the scope of his practice to include assisting injured persons. His litigation practice now includes automobile collisions, slip and falls, dog bites, wrongful death, tractor trailer collisions, premises liability and medical malpractice matters. Mr. Avidano also represents individuals and businesses in various civil litigation matters.

Andrew J. Gebhardt is a partner and trial lawyer at Smith, Welch, Webb and White, joining in 2005. He focuses his practice on helping seriously injured individuals and grieving families, fighting insurance companies in cases involving trucking and auto collisions, slips and falls, and dog bites. He lives in Henry County with his family.
