Charles T. Douglas, Jr.

Charlie Douglas was born and raised in Palatka, Florida. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business and second in his class from the University of Florida College of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Florida Law Review. P. Campbell Ford
