Gregory A. Becker is the senior and managing partner of Becker, Schroader & Chapman, PC. Born and raised in Granite City, IL, his work experience includes employment in steel mills, in construction and as a professional firefighter for the City of Granite City. He is a member of The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The American Bar Association, The Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, The Illinois Bar Association, The Illinois Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association, The Madison County Bar Association and The Tri-City Bar Association where he has served as past President, a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, The Land of Lincoln Legal Foundation / Campaign for Equal Justice. Matthew R. Chapman

Matt Chapman has been with Becker, Schroader & Chapman, P.C. since 2001. He has won jury trials in Illinois and Missouri and handles all types of injury claims including Industrial and Construction Accidents, Medical Malpractice, Deckhand and Maritime Injuries, Products and Premises Liability, and Vehicle Accidents. Matt also represents injured workers in worker’s compensation cases throughout Illinois. Matt is the lead trial attorney for the emergency response team for the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Union - a role that has taken him to courtrooms for catastrophic injury and fatality litigation in multiple jurisdictions, including Connecticut, Indiana, Minnesota (twice), West Virginia, and Wisconsin. Matt served as an Edwardsville Township Trustee for eight years from 2017 to 2025. Before law school, Matt served six years as a munitions systems specialist in the Illinois Air National Guard, 183rd Tactitical Fighter Group, based in Springfield, Illinois. Matt currently resides in Glen Carbon, Illinois with his wife, Kim. He has notable recent results including a $4 million settlement, a $3.67 million verdict, and multiple other multi-million dollar settlements and awards.

Michael A. Hankins

Michael A. Hankins is an attorney with over 32 years of trial experience, specializing in criminal defense, family law, traffic violations, DUI charges, and personal injury law. He is the former Assistant State's Attorney of St. Clair County and provides legal representation in Jacksonville, IL, and surrounding counties.

Mary Massa is licensed to practice law in the states of Illinois and Missouri as well as the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts of Illinois and the Sixth and Seventh Circuit Federal Courts of Appeal. Richard K. Crews

Mr. Crews was born and raised in Chapin, Illinois. He served four years in the United States Army before graduating from Sangamon State University and receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa in 1994. He previously served as an Assistant State's Attorney and Morgan County Public Defender. He became a partner in the firm in 2004. His areas of concentration include family mediation, criminal law, personal injury, workers' compensation, estate planning, and probate. He is a member of the Morgan County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and American Legion.

Nathan A. Becker practices in Criminal law, Personal injury - plaintiff, and Workers' compensation law. He was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2009. He received his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2009 and his B.A. cum laude from Beloit College in 2003.
