Kenneth Morgan Biggs

Kenneth Morgan Biggs is a co-founder and managing shareholder with extensive experience in government and criminal law. A Marine Corps veteran and former law enforcement officer, he served two tours in Iraq and spent nine years as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney, trying over one hundred cases to jury verdict. He focuses his practice on police complaint and misconduct, personal injury, and criminal law.

John Greenslade

John Greenslade is a co-founder and managing shareholder at Biggs & Greenslade, P.C. An East Texas native, he previously defended insurance companies for nearly 10 years, giving him unique insight into their strategies. He oversees personal injury and insurance defense litigation, with extensive experience in state and federal courts across numerous counties in Texas. He is licensed in Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

Annie Northcutt

Annie Northcutt joined Biggs & Greenslade, P.C. in 2022. She previously served as an Assistant District Attorney, managing hundreds of criminal cases and participating in all stages of litigation, including jury trials. She graduated cum laude from Texas Tech School of Law in 2016 and holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. She handles personal injury and criminal defense matters.

David Paulson

David Paulson is a founding partner of Harrell & Paulson, having partnered with C.R. Harrell in 2018. He concentrates his practice on personal injury, criminal defense, business litigation, family law, and general civil litigation. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law (2013) and the University of Texas at Dallas (2009).

C. R. Harrell

Cassidy Raymond “C.R.” Harrell is a Founding Partner of the firm, having joined forces with David Paulson in 2018. He concentrates his practice on Family Law, Personal Injury, and Estate Planning. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State Dickinson School of Law in 2013 and the University of California San Diego in 2010 magna cum laude. He is also a member of the Phi Betta Kappa Honor Society.

Robert 'Andy' Versace

Robert 'Andy' Versace grew up in East Texas, graduating from Athens High School in the early 2000s. He earned a BA in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Sioux Falls, where he co-founded a mentoring program for at-risk juvenile offenders. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2010, graduating Magna Cum Laude and earning several CALI Awards. After gaining experience in Criminal Law and Personal Injury Law as an Associate Attorney at Hunsucker Legal Group in Oklahoma City, he returned to Texas. He now handles Criminal Law, Family Law, and Personal Injury cases in East Texas, including Henderson, Kaufman, and Van Zandt Counties.

Jack Skeen, Jr.

Ret. Hon. Judge Jack Skeen, Jr. serves as Attorney of Counsel, dedicating 50 years of public service to Smith County. He graduated from Baylor Law School in 1971. His career includes serving as Assistant Criminal District Attorney, City Attorney of Tyler, Smith County Criminal District Attorney for five terms, and presiding Judge over the 241st Judicial District Court of Smith County from 2003 through 2022. He is a recipient of the 'Prosecutor of the Year - 1997' award and the 2023 Justinian Award.
