Wayne J. Menz

Wayne J. Menz is a founding partner at Menz and Luxenberg. He was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1984 and is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the American, New Jersey State, and Middlesex County Bar Associations. He is active in the community, including the Boy Scouts of America, from which he has received the District Award of Merit and the Silver Beaver Award.

Mahesh Rajan

He is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, and the New Jersey Trial Association. He has been actively involved in community organizations, including the East Brunswick Education Foundation and the Boy Scouts of America.

Anita R. Galvin

Anita R. Galvin joined Rajan and Rajan, LLP in 2019 and focuses on Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Guardianship, Wills & Estates, and Liquor License Transfers. She graduated from Vermont Law School in 2018 and Rutgers University. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Laura C. Villegas

Laura C. Villegas joined Rajan Legal PC in 2024 as an associate attorney, specializing in Matrimonial Law, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Law. She earned her Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Austin and her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. She is fluent in Spanish and admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Asma J. Warsi

Judge Asma Warsi is a Senior Associate at Rajan Legal, with extensive experience in immigration law, family law, corporate law, municipal court practice, and estate planning. She was appointed as a Municipal Court Judge in Edison Township in May 2023. Her career includes roles as Program Director of Immigration Services at Catholic Charities and private practice. Judge Warsi earned her B.A. from Rutgers University, M.A. from New York University, and J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.

Navin H. Advani

Navin H. Advani has over a decade of experience in commercial transactions, corporate law, and land use matters. He advises clients on contract negotiation, M&A, financing, and various agreements. He also represents developers in land use matters and volunteers on his local planning board. Mr. Advani earned his Juris Doctorate from Widener School of Law and his Bachelors of Arts and Sciences from Rutgers University, and is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
