Brian L. Hoffman

Brian L. Hoffman has been a practicing attorney since 2000. His practice is focused on family law, including complex debt and asset division in divorce, as well as estate and planning, settlement and litigation. In addition, Mr. Hoffman also focuses on representing debtors and creditors in all types of bankruptcy proceedings, including chapter 7, 11 and 13 matters. Prior to entering private practice, he served as the judicial law clerk to Hon. Florence R. Peskoe, P.J.S.C. and Hon. Thomas W. Cavanagh, P.J.Ch. An honors graduate of Rutgers College, Brian earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and holds a Certificate in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has taught numerous courses on law and accounting at both Brookdale Community College and The Wharton School. Brian is admitted to the bar in New Jersey, New York and the District of Columbia.

Gary D. Hoffman

Gary D. Hoffman has been practicing law since 2012. Gary has a diverse background in science and business, having graduated from University of Wisconsin with a degree in biology and environmental science, as well as having owned and operated a small chain of restaurants in Wisconsin for almost ten years. While attending Marquette Law School, he wrote for the Marquette Intellectual Property Law Review, interned at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and for the Hon. Timothy M. Witkowiak. Upon graduation, Gary obtained the highest Pro Bono honors for his outstanding legal volunteer work. He is admitted to Wisconsin Bar and the New Jersey Bar where he currently practices.

Jeannette A. Hoffman

Jeannette A. Hoffman has been a practicing attorney since 1972. She began her career as a staff attorney in the New York Public Defender’s office, handling criminal trials. She entered private practice in 1979 and is known as one of New Jersey’s preeminent matrimonial and bankruptcy attorneys. In 1979, she co-founded the Paralegal Studies Program at Brookdale Community College and in 1989, she co-founded the New Jersey Bankruptcy College. She is admitted to the bar in both New York and New Jersey.
