R. Brandon West
Brandon West is a native of western North Carolina, where he grew up on a small family farm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, and a Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University. Early in his career he determined that he could make the most impact on individual clients at a small firm in a rural community. Since becoming a partner at Bennett & West, PLLC in 2006, Brandon has adopted the local community as his own and his practice has evolved across a number of legal fields in order to meet the needs of the people with whom he has established an attorney/client relationship. Brandon now focuses his practice on family law and general civil litigation, and he has more than fifteen years of litigation experience. Lincoln Bennett
Lincoln Bennett grew up in King and has lifelong ties to the foothills of North Carolina. He is a graduate of West Stokes High School, the University of North Carolina - Greensboro, and Elon University School of Law. He was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2013 and has practiced at Bennett & West, PLLC since. Lincoln’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of criminal defense, family law, and complicated DMV/traffic matters with a focus on drivers’ license restoration. He also handles general civil litigation including breach of contract actions and personal injury. Michael R. Bennett
Michael R. Bennett was born in Stokes County, grew up in King, and has practiced law in the King community for 30 years. Mike acquired his Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University and has been practicing law in King since 1989. He currently handles the firm’s transactional real estate matters, estate planning and estate administration, and complex real estate and estate-related litigation cases. In his extensive litigation background of more than thirty years, he has taken numerous cases to the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court. Dustin T. Nichols
Dustin T. Nichols was born in Jackson, Michigan on April 23, 1979. He earned his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Zoology from the University of Florida in 2002. He then pursued a career in law, attending Barry University School of Law. In 2006, he was voted 'Best Advocate' of the law school’s nationally recognized Trial Team and in 2007, selected as a 'Partnership in Advocacy Scholar'. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2008 and the North Carolina Bar in 2010, opening his law practice in King, NC the same year. He is a member of the King Rotary Club, King Chamber of Commerce and Triad Gator Club.
