Mark A. Scott
For more than a quarter of a century, Attorney Mark A. Scott has distinguished himself as a leader in personal injury and wrongful death law, and he’s earned the respect of his colleagues in and out of the courtroom. Mr. Scott has been a frequent author and lecturer on subjects involving tort law, civil procedure and evidence. For many years he presented the Indiana Tort Law Update for both the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA), and he also served as the Chair of ITLA’s Amicus Committee from 2003-11.
