Mark A. Scott

For more than a quarter of a century, Attorney Mark A. Scott has distinguished himself as a leader in personal injury and wrongful death law, and he’s earned the respect of his colleagues in and out of the courtroom. Mr. Scott has been a frequent author and lecturer on subjects involving tort law, civil procedure and evidence. For many years he presented the Indiana Tort Law Update for both the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA), and he also served as the Chair of ITLA’s Amicus Committee from 2003-11. In 2004 Mr. Scott was a recipient of ITLA’s Trial Lawyer of the Year Award, and in 2012-13, he served as the President of ITLA. Since graduating from law school, Mr. Scott has focused his law practice exclusively on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. In addition to his work as a trial lawyer, Mr. Scott opened his Mediation Center in 2017, and he is highly sought by plaintiff and defense counsel to serve as a mediator for personal injury and wrongful death cases. Mr. Matthew Golitko is a skilled workers’ compensation lawyer who has dedicated his legal career to representing injured and paralyzed workers in many personal injury cases. Mark E. Kuntz

Mark E. Kuntz served as a Military Police Officer in the U.S. Army before graduating from Indiana University and Indiana State University. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis School of Law in 1992. After 14 years at Bolinger, Bolinger & Kuntz, he founded Kuntz Law Firm in 2006. He was selected by America's Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys for Indiana in 2021.

C. Michael Cord

Charles Michael Cord is a retired partner at Bayliff, Harrigan, Cord, Maugans & Cox, P.C. He is a registered civil mediator and is experienced in personal injury litigation, estate planning, and probate law. Mike was born in Connersville, Indiana in 1935. He was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in 1967.

Mr. John Daly is a dedicated attorney with a focused practice representing Indiana workers in complex construction accidents and litigation. David A. Cox

David A. Cox is a partner at Bayliff, Harrigan, Cord, Maugans & Cox, P.C. Areas of practice include civil trial practice, real estate law, probate law, personal injury, and family law. He was born in Rantoul, Illinois, in 1955. David served as an instructor for the paralegal program at Indiana University, Kokomo from 1991-1995. He also served as Judge for the Howard County Superior Court III from 2001-2002, and now serves as Senior Judge for the Circuit Courts of Miami, Fulton, and Tipton County.
