David Fitzpatrick

Dave Fitzpatrick is one of the founding members of Fitzpatrick, Skemp & Butler, LLC, and his practice is devoted of Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, and Workers’ Compensation claims. Since he began practicing law in 1999, Dave has become very involved in professional law associations and improving his skills as an attorney. Dave is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and Minnesota and has a nationwide practice helping people obtain Social Security Disability. Dave is a current member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and Minnesota, La Crosse County Bar Association. Tim Jacobson

Scott Butler

Scott M. Butler is a partner at Fitzpatrick, Skemp & Butler, LLC, and his practice is dedicated to representing injured parties throughout the States of Wisconsin and Minnesota. Scott graduated from the Marquette University Law School in 2010 and immediately began representing people injured through no fault of their own. Other than a year working as La Crosse County Circuit Court Law Clerk and Small Claims Mediator, his practice has consisted solely of representing parties injured in wrongful deaths, car accidents, slip and falls, nursing home neglect, and other personal injuries. Scott is currently on the Executive Committee of the Wisconsin Association of Justice.
