Tara Worthley
Committed to serving her clients, Tara recognizes that they are going through some of the hardest times in their lives, and they need someone to help navigate the legal system. Tara stands up for her clients and holds the responsible parties accountable for their actions. Tara represents clients seriously injured as the result of personal injury, medical negligence, vehicle crashes, and other types of negligent conduct. She also represents clients in family law, adoption, guardianship, and estate planning matters. Her work also goes beyond the clients she represents. She is actively involved in the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA), serving on its Executive Committee since May 2019, its Board of Directors since March 2010, as chair of its Amicus Committee since May 2015, and currently as Secretary of ITLA 2024. She has received five appreciation awards from ITLA for her volunteer efforts in authoring Amicus briefs on issues important to Indiana victims of negligence. And in 2017-2019, Tara was presented with a 'President’s Award' for her work on the ITLA Amicus Committee.

V. Michael Drayton
V. Michael Drayton practices in the area of personal injury. Mr. Drayton provides weekend and evening appointments. He was admitted to the Indiana and Illinois State bars in 1980. Mark Worthley
Mark Worthley grew up in Central Indiana and earned his law degree from the Valparaiso University School of Law in 2007. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and Illinois. Before law school, he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in 2003. Mark founded Worthley Law in 2014 after practicing as a Deputy Prosecutor in Indiana for over six years. As a prosecutor, he handled various criminal cases including narcotics, burglary, rape, arson, gang, and firearms. He regularly practiced in the courtroom and represented the State in hundreds of trials. He handles criminal cases, wills and trusts, family law, and municipal matters while also serving as a Porter County Public Defender. Mark takes a hands-on approach to his cases to ensure his clients know they are his top priority.

Bradley J. Adamsky
Bradley J. Adamsky practices in the areas of real estate, bankruptcy, business transactions, tax sales, corporate law, property tax, estate planning, and probate. Mr. Adamsky represents clients in real estate and commercial transactions as well as related litigation matters such as mortgage foreclosures, loan modifications, and evictions. He is experienced in representing both landlords and tenants in residential and commercial eviction actions, and he counsels creditors and debtors on bankruptcy issues.
