Michael M. Raheb
Michael Raheb has successfully handled hundreds of cases in the state and federal courts of Southern Florida, in both the criminal and civil arenas. He believes in aggressively attacking all aspects of the opposing side’s case to obtain the most favorable outcome for his clients. As part of this aggressive representation, Mr. Raheb makes sure each of his clients’ cases is handled personally and that they have access to his skills and counsel anytime of the day or night. He served as lead defense counsel in one of Florida’s most publicized sexual battery cases, State v. Hiatt, resulting in an acquittal. He also served as Assistant Public Defender, was integral in Young v. Shoap, filed dozens of writs of habeas corpus, and handled jury trials ranging from DUI/BUI to murder and aggravated sex battery.

Estela Holland
Ms. Estela Holland has advocated for immigrants since 2002. She immigrated from Peru to the United States in 2000 and became a U.S. citizen in 2005. She obtained her law degree from Antenor Orrego University in Peru in 1997 and became a member of the Peruvian Bar that same year. She completed a Paralegal Certificate Program in 2010 and graduated from Miami Law School in 2013 with a Master of Law Degree with a specialization in International Law. Ms. Holland has been with the Law Office of Michael M. Raheb since 2007 and serves as Immigration Paralegal, assisting clients with family visas, green card procedures, citizenship, asylum, work visas, investor visas, and temporary permanent status.
