Edward C. Casey Jr.

Edward C. Casey Jr. was admitted to the California bar in 1986. He received his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1985 and his A.B. from U.C. Berkeley in 1982. He has been practicing law in the Bay Area for 30 years, focusing on personal injury cases. He is a member of several legal associations and has served as a judicial arbitrator for the San Francisco Superior Court.

Robert A. Huddleston

Antonio L. Cortés

Antonio L. Cortés has over thirty years of civil and business litigation experience, and has litigated numerous real estate disputes in California, Palau, and Guam. His extensive experience in real estate involves cases concerning title, deed validity, ejectment, partition, lease rights, cancellation of instruments, claims for public lands, easement and access rights, boundaries, mechanics liens, mortgage fraud, commercial leases, equitable liens, mortgage foreclosure, purchase agreements, nuisance, flood liability, and toxic mold liability. Mr. Cortés has also litigated intellectual property rights, corporate issues such as dissolution and shareholder rights, securities fraud, and employment issues such as unlawful termination and wage and hour disputes. Additionally, Mr. Cortés has litigated cases involving public fiduciary duty, nonfeasance, freedom of information, defense contracting, private entity claims, constitutional interpretation, separation of powers, interstate boundaries, international treaties, intergovernmental transactions, government negligence, and sovereign immunity. He has tried over thirty cases, and has obtained large jury verdicts, including a multi-million dollar punitive damage award.

George D. Yaron

George D. Yaron is a native San Franciscan who graduated from San Francisco State University in 1977 and Golden Gate University School of Law in 1980. He served four years as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps before pursuing a civilian litigation career in 1984. In 1994, he co-founded Davidovitz & Yaron, and later formed Yaron & Douglas in January 1999. He is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in California and Nevada, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Oksana Tyskova

Oksana Tsykova is the daughter of two physicians. She focuses her practice on physician license and immigration issues, jury trials and criminal defense. Oksana is the medical group’s immigration expert. She has extensive experience with Physician Visa issues and the Marin County Superior Court defense panel has retained her as the expert consultant on immigration law for their cases. Oksana is completely fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.

David Gray Douglas

David Gray Douglas is a native Northern Californian who graduated from Carleton College in 1989 and Tulane School of Law in 1993. He was admitted to the California bar in December 1993. He gained extensive coverage and coverage litigation experience at Johns & Helmueller before joining Yaron & Douglas in August 2000, where he specializes in insurance coverage. He became a partner in July 2002 and is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ilya Filmus

Ilya is passionate about fighting on behalf of the underdog - whether it be an employee who is mistreated in the workplace, a person who is injured, or a small business. Prior to entering private practice, Ilya externed for the Honorable D. Lowell Jensen (Ret.) of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, as well as for the Honorable Ming C. Chin of the Supreme Court of California. Ilya is a cum laude graduate of University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he served as the Managing Editor of the Hastings International & Comparative Law Review. Prior to law school, Ilya graduated magna cum laude from UCLA with a double major and minor. Ilya launched his legal career more than a decade ago at Downey Brand LLP where he represented a variety of clients, such as individuals and publicly traded companies. Ilya then joined a tech company as its General Counsel and then became General Counsel for a government agency that has an approximately 50 million dollar annual budget. As General Counsel, Ilya assisted defending his clients in actions involving employment and personal injury claims. As the founder of Infinity Law Group, Ilya grew the practice through an early establishment of trust and results.
