Jason David Levy

Jason Levy is a Trial Lawyer who brings years of personal injury litigation experience to Cook, Bradford & Levy, LLC. He has handled a numerous jury trials in a wide range of cases including auto accidents, premises liability, and workplace harassment. He has conducted trials in state and federal courts, as well as mediations, arbitrations and administrative hearings. Mr. Levy is passionate about sticking up for the little guys and fighting the big insurance companies on behalf of his injured clients. Mr. Levy was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and completed his undergraduate education at the University of Vermont where he studied business administration. Mr. Levy is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law where he graduated in the top 10% of his graduating class. Upon graduation, he was installed as a member of the School of Law’s prestigious Heiusler Honor Society, recognizing superior academic achievement. Mr. Levy ran his own busy personal injury litigation practice in Baltimore, Maryland for five years before relocating to Colorado where he worked at one of the larger Personal Injury litigation firms. In 2017, Mr. Levy joined Mr. Cook and Mr. Bradford to open Cook, Bradford & Levy, LLC to serve Boulder County and beyond.

Brian Michael Bradford

Brian Bradford is a Colorado native and trial lawyer forged from years of service as a Public Defender and fighting powerful insurance companies as a leading attorney with one of Colorado’s largest personal injury law firms. As a personal injury lawyer, Mr. Bradford has recovered tens of millions of dollars from insurance companies on behalf of his clients. He has completed numerous jury trials in jurisdictions throughout Colorado and has been specially licensed to practice law pro hac vice in Oklahoma and Florida. Early in his legal career he also worked for Colorado state and federal trial court judges, including serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Rebecca Love Kourlis while she was on the Colorado Supreme Court. Mr. Bradford’s clerkship experience gives him unique knowledge about how judges decide legal issues which provides great benefit to his clients. After graduating from Cherry Creek High School where he played on the 1994 State Championship football team, Mr. Bradford received his business degree from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania. Mr. Bradford then headed west to Washington state where he received his law degree Magna Cum Laude from Gonzaga University. Mr. Bradford is also a graduate of the prestigious Trial Lawyer’s College, which provides specialized training to trial lawyers from around the country. Mr. Bradford maintains an extensive network of plaintiff’s lawyers across the United States with whom he regularly collaborates to augment the value of his clients’ cases. He is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Boulder County Bar Association where he has presented to other lawyers on topics ranging from Subrogation Law to the intricacies of Underinsured Motorist Coverage. Mr. Bradford values giving back to his community, regularly presenting to local high school students on the dangers of distracted driving, as well as various programs encouraging students to enter the legal profession.

Stephen H. Cook

Stephen Cook earned his J.D. in 1975 from the University of Colorado and, after serving as an associate with the personal injury law firm of Bragg & Dubofsky for two years, he opened his own practice in 1978. Since that time, he has been lead helping his Colorado neighbors every day for over 40 years. Stephen Cook has procured substantial settlements or judgments for dozens of clients. In 1993, for instance, he won what was at the time the largest toxic tort jury verdict in Colorado obtaining over $3,000,000, with interest and punitive damages, against Louisiana Pacific Corporation. In addition to his impressive track record, Mr. Cook believes in being active in his community. Mr. Cook has served on the boards for local non-profits. He has been a board member of Mapletree School, which works with emotionally and learning- disabled toddlers to prepare them for mainstream schooling. He was also a long-time member of the board of directors for Parenting Place, which provides parenting resources for new families. Mr. Cook was active in coaching YMCA and club youth sports, such as basketball, his passion. He currently sponsors fundraising dinners or events for Boulder Shelter for the Homeless, Community Foodshare, and Parenting Place. And also contributes to the capital campaign for Clinica Compesina, a local health care service for low-income families. One of the exam rooms bears his firm’s name.

Eric J. Harrison

Eric J. Harrison graduated law school from the University of Washington and completed his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University. He previously worked for the U.S. Department of Defense as a Nuclear Engineer and served as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer. He is a member of the Colorado State Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, King County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
