TOM LETHER

Tom Lether is the Founder & Managing Shareholder of Lether Law Group. He has over 35 years of experience handling significant wildfire claims and hundreds of other fire losses. He is approved as a FEMA Regional Counsel and regularly represents national and international insurers in natural disaster claims. He has been involved in complex insurance coverage matters, significant construction defect claims, commercial litigation, personal injury claims, professional liability and alternative dispute resolution.

KEVIN KAY

Kevin Kay is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University and Seattle University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Washington and admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, Kevin has appeared pro hac vice in courts in Louisiana and California. Kevin has represented insurers and insureds in coverage for 16 years. These claims involve personal and commercial auto policies, commercial general liability, professional liability, and E&O insurance. Kevin has also advised and represented risk pools, insurers, and insured in matters ranging from automobile/bus accidents to catastrophic landslides. His practice also includes construction defect disputes, personal injury claims, commercial leases, and significant property damage disputes.

MATTHEW ALLINDER

Matt earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Currently working remote, he will join us at the Seattle office in June.

RYAN BISEL

Ryan graduated from Seattle University School of Law. Ryan is a licensed attorney in Washington and has recently passed the Hawaii State Bar.

KASIE KASHIMOTO

Kasie Kashimoto is from Honolulu, Hawaii, and earned her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law where she also graduated cum laude. While attending law school, Kasie externed at the District Court of the First Circuit in Honolulu, Hawaii for Judge Dean E. Ochiai. Kasie’s experience includes coverage and litigation of disputes arising from commercial general liability, business owners, public entity, automobile, and watercraft insurance policies. Kasie’s litigation practice includes cases before the Washington State Court of Appeals, United States Judicial Panel on Multijurisdictional Litigation, and class action litigation. Kasie actively practices in both Washington and Hawaii.

CHANCE LABODA

Chance Laboda is a Seattle native and earned his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law where he served as the Vice President of the Business and Entrepreneurial Law Association. While attending law school, Chance externed at the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions, Division of Banks and was a Rule 9 intern for Hughes Robbins P.S. Chance’s experience includes coverage and litigation of disputes arising from commercial general liability, business owners, and automobile insurance policies. Chance’s litigation practice includes cases before the Washington State Court of Appeals, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Judicial Panel on Multijurisdictional Litigation, and class action litigation.
