Thomas G. Gardiner

Tom Gardiner is a founding partner with over four decades of legal experience. Donald D. Gardiner

Donald D. Gardiner joined GKWW in 2004 after serving as a suburban police officer and with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. He handles real estate, personal injury, general court cases, and estate planning matters. Don graduated from The John Marshall Law School and holds degrees from Lewis University, the University of Illinois Police Training Institute, and Illinois State University.

Clayton Mieszala

Clayton Mieszala is an attorney at GKWW's Lake Geneva office, admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin. He handles litigation and transactional matters. Previously, he was licensed in Illinois and worked at the Illinois office, and as a law clerk at GKWW. He also worked as a paralegal at a personal injury law firm. Clayton graduated cum laude from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Law.

Lynn N. Weisberg

Lynn N. Weisberg is a partner at GKWW, joining in 1993 as the firm's first associate. She is the firm’s family law expert, handling divorce, custody, spousal support, visitation, adoption, paternity actions, and pre- and post-marital agreements. She is certified in Collaborative Divorce and approved as a mediator by the Circuit Court of Cook County. She is also appointed by judges as a child's representative. Lynn is an Illinois Super Lawyer and Leading Lawyer.

Joseph Lloyd

Joe Lloyd is a trial attorney who joined GKWW in 2023, bringing nine years of experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, and nursing home care. He previously practiced at prominent personal injury firms in Chicago. Joe earned his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois.

Shannon V. Condon

Shannon V. Condon is a partner at GKWW, concentrating her practice in general civil litigation, medical malpractice, and personal injury litigation. She has recovered millions for injured clients and has significant appellate experience. Ms. Condon also handles complex receivership matters and intellectual property protection, particularly trademark matters.
