John M. Snider
John received his bachelor’s degree in 1979 and his juris doctorate in 1982, both from Capital University. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1982; the US District Court, Southern District of Ohio in 1983, and the US Supreme Court in 1998. John's practice spans several areas of civil litigation. In particular, he concentrates on Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Law, and several Oil & Gas related matters. John formerly served as the Chairman of the Fairfield County Branch of the Central Ohio Arthritis Foundation and is a former President of the William V. Fisher Catholic High School Board of Education. He has served on the Fairfield County Mental Health Board, Lancaster City Council, the Teenage Pregnancy Prevention Board and was a Lancaster City Councilman for three terms. Additionally, he is a 30-plus year member of the Lancaster Rotary Club where he is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow. John is also Chairman of the Fairhope Hospice and Palliative Care Board and past President of the Fairfield County Bar Association. Scott P. Wood
A lifelong resident of Lancaster, Scott graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Ohio University, with a degree in Political Science, History, and Philosophy. He attended The Ohio State University College of Law, where he received his law degree, with honors, in 1994. While in law school, Scott was a member of The Ohio State Law Journal on Dispute Resolution and served as a judicial extern with Ohio Supreme Court Justice Craig Wright. Scott is an experienced trial attorney and litigator, aggressively representing individuals accused of committing felonies, misdemeanors, traffic offenses and juvenile offenses. Scott also represents the rights of individuals who have been seriously injured and families who have suffered a wrongful death. Scott is certified as a specialist in Criminal Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and he is the only certified specialist in Fairfield County and only one of seven in the entire state of Ohio. Scott has successfully argued two cases before the Supreme Court of Ohio on behalf of his clients and has tried over 100 jury trials in his career. He also is a certified criminal trial attorney by the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Scott belongs to numerous professional associations and has served on and chaired numerous volunteer boards, including chairing the Fairfield County United Way Board of Review. He is a past president of the Fairfield County Bar Association and since 2012, Scott has been selected by his peers as one of the top lawyers in the State of Ohio by Super Lawyers and the National Trial Lawyers.

Nicholas R. Grilli
