I have always been driven to advocate for those in need and am happy to work for a law firm that has a lengthy history fighting for injured parties. For the past 25 years, I have represented the vulnerable population of elder and infirm individuals in nursing home neglect and abuse cases. I am a skilled and seasoned litigator and trial lawyer willing to confront any medical facility who has caused harm to the people it was meant to help.

My entire legal career has been devoted to the practice of workers’ compensation law- ensuring that injured workers receive the benefits to which they are entitled without delay.

My practice is primarily concentrated in representing injured workers in social security disability applications and appeals and in workers' compensation claims. My most important responsibility is to ensure that my clients receive the full protection of the workers' compensation laws, including appropriate medical treatment, wage replacement benefits and a fair and just monetary recovery that properly compensates the client for permanent injuries they have sustained.
