Mark L. Morgan

Mark was the firm’s founder, with almost 38 years of experience in Social Security Disability, SSI, and Personal Injury Law. He attended Northwestern University, graduated cum laude from Duke University, and graduated with a law degree from the University of Kentucky. As of March 9, 2020, we are pleased to announce the retirement of Mark L. Morgan.

Amber Brahm Eubank

Amber has worked with Stacey since 2010, starting as a law student. She received a bachelor’s degree from Transylvania University and a law degree from the University of Louisville. Amber has spent much of her career helping people otherwise unable to afford legal help. She continues to help others receive benefits they deserve.
