Jordan A. Marzzacco

Jordan A. Marzzacco obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh (cum laude) and her law degree from Widener University School of Law (magna cum laude). While at Widener, Jordan earned membership to the Widener Law Journal review staff and wrote articles published on topics relating to personal injury matters. Following graduation, Jordan practiced civil litigation defense for a short time before pursuing a career in plaintiff’s personal injury law at another local law firm, where she represented victims of defective drugs and medical products in “mass-tort” claims against pharmaceutical companies and those killed or seriously injured by others in motor vehicle crashes, tractor trailer crashes, slip/trip and falls, dog bites and other cases. Currently, Jordan continues to represent individual victims injured in motor vehicle crashes, premises liability cases, dog bite cases, construction site accidents and civil rights matters. Jordan also continues to represent those injured or killed by dangerous and defective drugs and products in mass-tort actions.

Christopher J. Marzzacco

Mr. Marzzacco's practice concentrates on automobile, motorcycle, and tractor-trailer case litigation, including wrongful death and Survival actions. He also represents persons seriously injured or killed in premises liability cases, workplace accidents, dangerous and defective products, and civil rights matters. He has been rated by his peers in 'The Best Lawyers in America' and in 'Super Lawyers' every year since 2017. Mr. Marzzacco has lectured and planned Continuing Legal Education seminars, presenting on various topics and has written on a variety of topics relating to personal injury law, automobile law and automobile insurance issues for the Legal Intelligencer and other publications. He is the owner and managing attorney of Marzzacco Niven & Associates.

Bernerd A. Buzgon

Attorney Buzgon is a native of Lebanon County. He attended Lebanon Valley College where he received a B.S. in Business and Economics in 1959. He received his L.L.B. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1962. Mr. Buzgon was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1962 and is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court. Mr. Buzgon is a member and past President of the Lebanon County Bar Association, a member and Past Assistant Secretary and Board of Governor member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and current Vice President of the Central Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and a frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute in areas of civil litigation and family law. Mr. Buzgon is a past Chairman of the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce. He is also active in a significant number of community organizations for which he has received various awards. For eight years, he has been named as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer. Attorney Buzgon concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, family law, insurance defense and business law.

Rebecca L. Bailey

Rebecca earned her law Degree from Widener University School of Law in 2015. While in law school, Rebecca was a Student Mentor, a Public Interest Initiative Member, Woman’s Law Caucus Member, and garnered many academic achievements. Rebecca maintained her full-time paralegal position at a local law firm throughout law school, until she became an associate shortly after earning her Juris Doctor degree. Rebecca’s extensive legal background and prior hands-on experience gives her an edge when it comes to handling workers’ compensation and personal injury claims. Prior to law school, Rebecca worked for years as a workers’ compensation paralegal. In 2010, she was the recipient of the Central Pennsylvania Paralegal Association’s Outstanding Paralegal of the Year Award, in recognition of her commitment to the legal profession, quality work product, noteworthy paralegal skills, and civic involvement. At Marzzacco Niven & Associates, Rebecca represents individual victims injured in all types of motor vehicle crashes, premises liability cases, dog bite cases, and construction site accidents. Rebecca also represents injured workers in workers’ compensation claims. Rebecca is licensed to practice in PA and NJ.

Gregg S. Freeburn

Gregg S. Freeburn, Esq., an attorney at Freeburn Law, graduated from Dickinson College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, cum laude. He focuses on representing injured workers and accident victims. He was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2020 and 2021, and recognized in The National Trial Lawyers' Top 40 Under 40. He is actively involved in the legal and local community.

Wiley P. Parker

Wiley P. Parker was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1975. He has practiced in numerous fields including criminal defense, family law and general civil litigation. More recently, he has concentrated his efforts in the area of civil litigation, including medical malpractice defense, and is board certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
