Bernerd A. Buzgon

Attorney Buzgon is a native of Lebanon County. He attended Lebanon Valley College where he received a B.S. in Business and Economics in 1959. He received his L.L.B. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1962. Mr. Buzgon was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1962 and is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court. Mr. Buzgon is a member and past President of the Lebanon County Bar Association, a member and Past Assistant Secretary and Board of Governor member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and current Vice President of the Central Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and a frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute in areas of civil litigation and family law. Mr. Buzgon is a past Chairman of the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce. He is also active in a significant number of community organizations for which he has received various awards.
