Jon Ostroff

Jon Ostroff is the founding partner of Ostroff Law, which he expanded into an 11-lawyer, 40-employee firm before selling it to Rich Godshall in January 2023. He has over 30 years of experience as lead trial counsel in catastrophic cases, overseeing thousands of settlements. He served as Judge Pro Tem mediator for Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and Senior Arbitrator for Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. He is also a co-founder of the non-profit "Love to Langa" and founder of "Divorce Done Right".

Adam T. Wolfe

Managing partner Adam Wolfe has been selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers since 2021 and was selected into Pennsylvania Rising Stars from 2010 to 2020. In addition, he is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, having secured multiple seven-figure settlements for our clients. He has been selected as a Top 100 Pennsylvania Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer for 2017-2025 and previously as a Top 40 Under 40 in the State of Pennsylvania by The National Trial Lawyers. For the past five years, Mr. Wolfe has been selected as a Super Lawyer after eleven consecutive years as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and Philadelphia Magazine). Mr. Wolfe began his career as an associate with Shollenberger & Januzzi, became a partner in January 2009, and was named Managing Partner in July 2012. Mr. Wolfe is a 2002 graduate of York College and received his Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law in 2005, where he was an academic fellow and served on the Widener Law Journal. He served as a legal intern for Philadelphia Safe and Sound. Mr. Wolfe is a frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and National Business Institute, educating other lawyers on automobile accident law and civil litigation. He also teaches seminars for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and is a guest lecturer at Widener University School of Law. He is the co-author of a chapter in the Pennsylvania Bar Institute publication Fee Agreements in Pennsylvania. Mr. Wolfe is on the executive committee for the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and a long-serving member of the Advisory Board for the Penn State Hershey Children’s Miracle Network. He coordinates the giving and volunteering program at Shollenberger, Januzzi & Wolfe, LLP. Mr. Wolfe is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Dauphin County and Cumberland County Bar Associations, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. Mr. Wolfe was born and raised in Selinsgrove and currently resides in Mechanicsburg with his wife, Jill, and son, Declan.

Timothy A. Shollenberger

Founding partner Timothy Shollenberger has practiced law since 1981 and is a past president of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, now known as the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is also a recognized authority on Pennsylvania auto insurance law and other aspects of personal injury practice. Mr. Shollenberger lives in Mechanicsburg with his wife, Marissa, and their children, Ryan and Jessica. He graduated summa cum laude from Dickinson College in 1978 and then attained his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1981. He has been continuously licensed to practice law since October 27, 1981. Mr. Shollenberger has been selected for admission into both the Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocate Forums. Attorney Shollenberger has attained a well-earned reputation as a staunch advocate for his clients, trying personal injury cases to verdict in seven different counties and the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and arbitrating many more cases across the Commonwealth. He has successfully handled major cases for injured motorists and motorcyclists, as well as people injured because of medical malpractice and defective products, achieving numerous six-figure settlements and seven-figure settlements in 2003, 2005, and 2011. He has a referral practice where other attorneys refer personal injury cases to him. Mr. Shollenberger has also attained statewide recognition for his work in educating other attorneys, lecturing for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on personal injury law and co-authoring "Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Insurance, An Analysis of the Financial Responsibility Law" and "Pennsylvania Personal Injury Subrogation Handbook". He served as President of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association from 2000-2001 and received the Milton D. Rosenberg Award and the Community Service Award. He is active in the local community, serving on committees for the American Heart Association and conducting mock trials, for which he received a Citation from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and the Volunteer of the Year Award from the United Way Capital Region. Attorney Shollenberger is a member of the Pennsylvania, Cumberland, and Dauphin County Bar Associations as well as the Pennsylvania and American Association for Justice.

Richard Godshall

Rich Godshall is the owner and managing partner of Ostroff Godshall Injury and Accident Lawyers. He is an experienced trial attorney focusing on catastrophic injuries from car accidents, truck accidents, slip and falls, and construction/electrocution accidents. He has secured multiple six and seven-figure verdicts and settlements. He started his career in defense work but shifted to representing injured individuals after his father's workplace injury. He oversees a team of 8 lawyers and 35 staff members. Rich is also nationally ranked in CrossFit.

Ryan Jablonski

Ryan Jablonski is a partner at Ostroff Godshall Injury and Accident Lawyers, known for his tenacity and competitive attitude. He has handled cases in almost every county of both PA and NJ, trying numerous cases before judges and juries. He is a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and a member of the Multi-Million-Dollar Advocates Forum, having secured multiple million-dollar verdicts and settlements.

Douglas N. Engelman

Douglas N. Engelman has been in civil practice for more than 40 years, concentrating in personal injury and civil litigation. He has argued cases before the Superior and Commonwealth Court on appeal and represented thousands of victims across Pennsylvania and several other states, recovering tens of millions of dollars. For the first four to five years of his practice, he served as an Assistant District Attorney for Lycoming County, prosecuting various criminal matters, including two successful murder cases. He was the lead attorney in Commonwealth v. Gray, a precedent-setting case that impacted search and seizure in criminal cases statewide. As managing partner at Lepley, Engelman, Yaw, and Wilk, LLC, he has over 35 years of experience in personal injury law.

David Wilk

David Wilk joined Lepley, Engelman & Yaw in 2012 and became a partner. He concentrates in auto, truck and motorcycle accidents; workers’ compensation; slip and fall; and serious injury and death cases. Before joining the firm, he spent almost 10 years working for insurance companies defending personal injury lawsuits, giving him unique insights into how insurance companies think and value cases. He earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Syracuse College of Law in 1992 where he graduated cum laude, and also graduated cum laude from Lycoming College in 1989. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1992, the U. S. District Court for Middle District of Pennsylvania in 1994, and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 1996. Mr. Wilk is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lycoming Law Association.
