Christopher Caldwell

Chris has handled all types of personal injury claims, including automobile and truck accidents, slip and fall injuries, insurance claims, negligence by professionals, failed medical appliances and dog attacks. He has also handled hundreds of workers’ compensation claims. Chris believes that by focusing on a limited area of the law, his clients will be better represented. While many cases do end in a settlement, Mr. Caldwell has tried personal injury cases before juries in Spokane and Asotin Counties in Washington, and Kootenai, Latah, Nez Perce, and Clearwater Counties in Idaho, in state and federal courts. Mr. Creason is licensed to practice in Idaho and Washington and is also a licensed Patent Attorney. In addition to trial work, Mr. Creason routinely practices in front of the Idaho Supreme Court.

Ruvim V. Kuznetsov

Mr. Kuznetsov maintains a practice primarily focused on the representation of commercial clients, including numerous financial institutions. He is licensed to practice in Idaho and Washington and routinely represents clients in state, federal, and tribal courts. He immigrated to the USA from the Ukraine in 1995.
