Collin M. (Marty) Fritz
Founding Partner Collin M. (Marty) Fritz served in the U.S. Army in the judge advocate general’s corp. Wayne D. Parsons
Wayne Parsons came to Hawai'i from Michigan in 1967 as an astronomer and engineer working at the Mount Haleakala Astronomical Observatory on Maui. He fell in love with Hawai'i and the ocean and changed his career path to become a lawyer. As a trial lawyer, Wayne Parsons has been involved in virtually every type of litigation in all Hawai'i courts, earning a reputation for achieving success in even the most complex cases. In recognition of his legal work, Mr. Parsons has been selected for inclusion in SuperLawyers, a ranking of attorneys in each state who received the highest point totals, as chosen by other lawyers through the independent research of Law & Politics magazine. In 2006, Mr. Parsons was elected President of the Hawai'i State Bar Association which represents all licensed lawyers in Hawai'i. He founded the Hawai'i Association for Justice (HAJ) in 1987 and for 24 years has also served as one of two Hawai'i trial lawyers on the Board of Governors of the prestigious American Association for Justice (AAJ). Mr. Parsons is the current president of the Melvin M. Belli Society. Mr. Parsons is committed also to injury prevention and safety, and works throughout Hawai'i to educate the public, elected officials and educators about steps they can take to prevent avoidable injuries. He founded the People's Law School in Hawai'i, a six-week adult education course teaching people about their rights and the practical aspects of how the legal system works.

Allen K. Williams
Partner Allen K. Williams is an experienced, successful lawyer and pilot who has been handling all types of personal injury cases, including vehicular, medical malpractice, products liability, helicopter and aviation accident cases for more than 35 years. Mr. Williams is a skilled advocate for the injured and is passionate about finding the best resolution for his clients. He is a member of the Hawaii State and American Aviation Litigation Committee, Super Lawyers and the American Association of Justice (Aviation Section and Leaders Forum). He has been a frequent lecturer on personal injury law and technology.

Magali V. Sunderland
Of counsel: Magali V. Sunderland is an experienced personal injury litigator who has successfully handled auto, premises, and medical malpractice cases. She was previously a partner in the predecessor firm of McKenzie, Trecker Fritz & Williams. She has obtained numerous arbitration awards and jury verdicts including a high six figure medical malpractice judgment in Hawaii Federal District Court against Tripler Army Medical Center. Ms. Sunderland is also a frequent attorney chairperson for the state of Hawaii’s medical investigative claims panel.
