Mr. Ryan is a senior partner at Sloane and Walsh where he has concentrated his practice in the trial and appeal of civil cases since joining the firm in 1980. He is an honors graduate of Boston College and a graduate of Suffolk University Law School where he was the recipient of the Frederick McDermott Memorial Scholarship. Mr. Ryan has tried numerous high exposure jury trials in both state and federal court. His trials have encompassed a wide spectrum of civil disputes including medical malpractice, product liability, general liability, wrongful death, employment discrimination, workplace harassment, legal malpractice, defamation, declaratory judgment, insurance fraud, and bad faith insurance claims practices including alleged violations of G.L. c. 93A and G.L. c. 176D. He has argued appellate cases in the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. A number of Mr. Ryan’s appellate cases have involved questions of first impression in Massachusetts. In addition to his trial and appellate practice, Mr. Ryan is frequently asked to serve as a mediator or arbitrator in civil disputes, and he has served as such in approximately 1000 cases including such diverse areas as medical malpractice, nursing home liability, product liability, construction accidents, commercial disputes, legal malpractice, property damage claims, construction defect, environmental claims, contribution and indemnification claims, errors and omissions claims, and insurance coverage disputes including claims of bad faith and violations of G.L. c. 93A and G.L. c. 176D. Mr. Ryan is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and the American College of Civil Trial Mediators. Mr. Ryan is a frequent lecturer for continuing legal education programs concerning civil trial practice and he has been a faculty member for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, and the Suffolk University Law School Advanced Legal Studies program. He is also frequently asked to present at legal seminars for clients and their insurer representatives. Mr. Kenney is a senior partner at Sloane and Walsh and concentrates his practice in the defense of clients engaged in litigation before state and federal trial court. He is a graduate of Boston College and Suffolk University Law School. He has been with Sloane and Walsh for the past thirty three years where he is presently a senior partner. Mr. Kenney is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and the Massachusetts Trial Lawyers Association. He has been selected for listing in The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyer of Massachusetts and New England and has an AV rating with Martindale Hubbell. William Dailey III

Mr. Dailey is a senior partner whose practice concentrates in the defense of clients engaged in litigation before state and federal trial courts within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is a graduate of Boston College and Georgetown University Law School. He joined the Boston law firm of Sloane and Walsh in 1994 and he is presently a partner with the firm. Mr. Dailey is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, The Defense Research Institute, the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and the Massachusetts Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Dailey has been nominated by his peers as a Top Lawyer in Boston Magazine. Keith Fayan

Keith E. Fayan is a veteran-owned and operated attorney with a unique path to law, having served over five years in the United States Marine Corps. He holds a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, and M.S. and B.S. degrees from Northeastern University. Licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts since 2004, he focuses on personal injury and business matters, bringing discipline and accountability to his practice.

Lindsey Hanson Campbell

Ms. Campbell is a partner at Sloane and Walsh. Her practice focuses on the defense of medical providers in professional liability and regulatory matters. She defends physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals in litigation involving claims of medical negligence and in investigations undertaken by licensing boards. Prior to joining Sloane and Walsh, Lindsey was a partner at a regional, Boston-based civil litigation firm where she established her practice in medical malpractice defense litigation. Lindsey is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of Rhode Island, and the United States District Court of Massachusetts. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University in 2009 and her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2012. While in law school, Lindsey was certified as a Mediator to conduct mediations in the state courts of Rhode Island.

Brendan L. Labbe

Mr. Labbe dedicates his practice to all aspects of insurance law, with a particular focus on coverage, valuation, bad-faith and other issues arising out of first-party property claims. He has represented countless entities and individuals in court and at reference/appraisal proceedings on a multitude of claims and cases arising from fire, freeze-up, collapse, code, COVID-19, flood, wind, hurricane, lightning, hail, water, snow and ice losses. Mr. Labbe also practices in various other areas of civil litigation, including subrogation, third-party property damage and personal injury losses. In addition to serving as counsel, he has also served as appraiser and referee. Mr. Labbe has presented and lectured on a variety of insurance law topics at numerous national and local conferences, and as a guest at various insurance carriers and insurance organizations.
