Vadim Shifrin

Vadim Shifrin is the Principal and Founder of Shifrin Law Group, a respected trial attorney specializing in personal injury and criminal law. Michael Kawi

Michael Kawi is the founding attorney of Clear Path, specializing in personal injury cases. He has extensive jury trial experience in both state and federal courts. Before founding Clear Path, he served as an Assistant Federal Public Defender in Texas and worked as a trial attorney at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. He is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center (JD, 2012) and Sarah Lawrence College (BA, 2009). He is admitted to practice in Illinois, Wisconsin, Texas, Florida, and the District of Columbia, as well as several federal courts. He is a member of various professional associations including the American Association for Justice and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Tomas Cabrera

Tomas Cabrera has dedicated his entire career to protecting the rights of individuals harmed due to the negligence and recklessness of others. He focuses the majority of his practice on handling cases involving construction site negligence, premises liability, automobile negligence, product liability, and wrongful death litigation. Before forming Harris, Harris & Cabrera, Mr. Cabrera worked for an upper-echelon plaintiff's personal injury firm trialing over 20 cases to verdict and recovering millions for his clients.

Charles T. Newland focuses on handling probate estate administration, contested estates, business litigation matters, and personal injury cases. He earned his Juris Doctorate with Highest Distinction from The John Marshall Law School in 1988 and was selected as one of the Top 100 Litigation Lawyers in Illinois for 2014 by the American Society of Legal Advocates. He is a member of several bar associations and serves as a Court appointed Guardian Ad Litem (GAL).

Adam Harris

Adam Harris has been fighting for the rights of the criminally accused for the entirety of his legal career. Taylor Bronstein

Taylor Bronstein joined Shifrin Law Group in 2016 as a law clerk and became an Associate Attorney in 2022. She holds a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Michigan State University. She has worked closely with founding partner Vadim Shifrin on numerous personal injury and criminal defense cases.

Bradley J. Harris

HHC's founding partner, Bradley J. Harris, has been involved in high-profile cases that have achieved national exposure as part of the original defense team for the El Rukns in the 1980's, and the Vice Lords in the mid 1990's.
