Howard N. Wiener

Howard Wiener received his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers College and his law degree from Seton Hall University. After law school, he was Law Secretary to the Honorable Julius A. Feinberg, J.S.C., in the Essex County Superior Court. He was an Assistant Essex County Prosecutor for four years. He then became an Assistant Prosecutor in Union County for ten years. He had several assignments, including eight years as supervisor of the investigative units, which included homicide, sex crimes, economic crimes, child abuse, arson, drugs, and welfare fraud. While serving as Investigations Supervisor, he was cross-designated as a Special Assistant United States Attorney and worked with the Newark Federal Strike Force on an organized crime investigation. He joined Tobin Kessler in 1988 and for the past thirty-five years has been handling personal injury cases, primarily premises liability and auto crash cases. He has had more than 150 jury trials go to verdict and has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney for 30 years, a distinction held by a small percentage of New Jersey lawyers. He has been designated by the Superior Courts in Hudson, Union, and Middlesex Counties to serve as an Arbitrator for mandatory arbitrations of personal injury cases. Arbitrators must be highly experienced in handling these cases to be appointed to the arbitration panels. Roy J. Konray

Roy Konray is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. Scott P. Kessler

Scott Kessler specializes in Personal Injury matters, including Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip and Fall Accidents, Truck Accidents, and Dog Bite cases. Mr. Kessler also specializes in Workers’ Compensation cases, and was for ten years recognized by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney. Cornelius W. Caruso, Jr.

Cornelius Caruso graduated from Bowdoin College in 1968 and received a Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers School of Law in 1971. In 2001, he became a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Caruso also is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Union County Bar Association. Mr. Caruso is a member of the Board of Governors of the Association for Justice of New Jersey (formerly ATLA) and is the Past President of the Richard J. Hughes Inn of Court. He is a frequent lecturer for N.J.A.J (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America of New Jersey) and specializes in personal injury, product liability, malpractice and discrimination cases. Mr. Caruso recently won a share of a 22 million dollar judgment in a construction accident case. In his spare time, Mr. Caruso is an avid sailor and golfer.

Steven J. Greenstein

Steven Greenstein was an assistant prosecutor for the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office in Newark, NJ from 1973-1976 and 1977-1978, and a Special Deputy Attorney General in Newark, NJ from 1976 through 1977. Thereafter, Mr. Greenstein’s practice involved civil litigation and appeals. He has been certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey since 1991. In 1995, he achieved advocate status from the Association of Trial Lawyers of America now known as the American Association of Justice, National College of Advocacy, and is an active member of NJAJ, the NJ branch. Mr. Greenstein is a Master in the Union County Inn of Court Trial Attorney Training Program and the Florida Bar Association. He has achieved numerous large verdicts and settlements as well as argued precedent-setting appeals in New Jersey. Mr. Greenstein has lectured on product liability law for the New Jersey Association for Justice and specializes in product liability and medical malpractice law and complex civil litigation in both trial and appellate Courts.
