Joseph G. Paulozzi
Attorney Joseph G. Attorney Joseph A. Condeni has over four decades of experience advocating for injury victims across Northeast Ohio. Richard C. Alkire
Attorney Richard C. Alkire has over four decades of experience specializing in personal injury law and professional ethics. He represents individuals and families in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, and attorneys and judges facing professional discipline. Admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals (4th, 6th, 11th Circuits), and U.S. District Courts (Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio), he is a certified Civil Trial Law Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 2002. Richard earned his J.D., cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and his undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross. Suzanne Stocker
Attorney Suzanne Stocker has over 30 years of experience in workers’ compensation, representing thousands of clients at administrative hearings before the Industrial Commission of Ohio. She also has extensive civil litigation experience in courts throughout the state, including representing accident victims and individuals injured due to medical negligence. Suzanne attended John Carroll University and earned her Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and a proud supporter of the Down Syndrome Association of Northeast Ohio and Autism Speaks. She dedicates her time to pro bono work, helping children and young adults navigate both the educational and legal systems. Attorney Joseph H. Wantz is the chief trial attorney for Paulozzi, Alkire & Condeni, with over 30 years of experience handling personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall cases, dog attacks, and medical malpractice. He has tried over 250 cases to a verdict for both plaintiffs and defendants. Joseph earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University and his undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He is a past president of the Cleveland Association of Civil Trial Attorneys and a frequent lecturer on continuing legal education programs. He volunteers with Patriots on the Fly, an organization assisting disabled military personnel and veterans.

Todd O. Rosenberg
Attorney Todd O. Rosenberg has been recognized as one of ten “Lawyers of The Year” by Ohio Lawyers Weekly Magazine and has handled numerous multi-million-dollar cases. He is a member of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Ohio State Bar Association. He has practiced in both plaintiff and defense firms and is the author of a pending book, “The Jewish-Christian Debate”.

Amy L. Higgins
Attorney Amy L. Higgins has been a member of the Ohio Bar since 2002. A graduate of Youngstown State University and The University of Akron School of Law, she began her career practicing with law firms in the Youngstown-Warren area before joining Paulozzi, Alkire & Condeni Personal Injury Lawyers in 2016. Amy specializes in personal injury law, focusing on automobile accidents, medical and nursing home negligence, dog bite injuries, and slip and fall cases. She has been an active member of the Ohio Bar Association, Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ), the Trumbull County Bar Association, and the Mahoning County Bar. She resides in Portage County and enjoys reading, gardening, antique hunting, horseback riding, and hiking.
