Chris Benjamin

Chris Benjamin is a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience in personal injury, traffic law, and criminal defense. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2002. He has handled over 200 trials, served as a municipal judge in Garden City, Missouri, and argued cases before the Supreme Court of Missouri, the Western District Court of Appeals, and the Southern District Court of Appeals. He has recovered millions of dollars for his clients and has been named a 'Super Lawyer' by the Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers publication every year since 2019. He also has extensive legislative experience, having served as Chief of Staff to the Speaker of the Missouri House of Representatives and General Counsel to the Majority Floor Leader. Chris is actively involved in the community, serving as President of the Metropolitan Community College Board of Trustees and as a former board member of the Cass County Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees and the Emergency Services Board. He is also a past President of the Harrisonville Area Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Missouri Bar, and a former member of the Missouri Municipal and Associate Circuit Judges Association.

Eric Ree

Eric Ree received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UMKC in 2008 and graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in May 2017. He gained experience in tax and transactional matters, worked in civil litigation as a creditor’s rights attorney, and served as a public defender in his native Cass County. Eric currently resides in Prairie Village, Kansas.
