Paul Rossi
Paul Rossi has been a lawyer in private practice since 1997. He has represented clients in many areas of law, with an emphasis on growth and prosperity. Attorney Rossi primarily handles cases helping individuals and business owners achieve success, involving: Personal Injury; Worker’s Compensation; Serious Accidents; Real Estate; Wrongful Death; and Criminal Law. It has been a privilege to represent clients for over 25+ years throughout Indiana. Our office has successfully settled and litigated hundreds of cases for our clients involving defendants such as BP, State Farm, Allstate, and Walgreens. Paul has been a member in good standing of the Indiana Bar Association for over 25+ years. He was previously the acting Public Defender for Lowell Town Court for 22 years and has acted as Judge Pro Tempore in Lowell Town Court and Lake County Superior Court. Paul is particularly proud of his current involvement in pending litigation regarding alleged unnecessary surgical procedures and a wrongful death claim involving an overserved alcohol bar patron. Paul is a native of Illinois, where he attended Bloom Trail High School and Eastern Illinois University. Paul attended the Valparaiso University School of Law (1997). He was a member of the Valparaiso University School of Law Mock-Trial Advocacy Team and student government. Paul is currently a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and Lake County Bar Association. He is a Lake County resident, where he resides with his wife Dawn. Paul enjoys traveling, cooking, yoga, and fine wine.

Justin Treasure
Justin Treasure is a trial attorney specializing in criminal, personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death matters. A lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana, Treasure obtained his Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs- Policy Studies from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University in 2002. Thereafter, he continued on and obtained his law degree at Indiana University Bloomington, graduating in 2005 with the distinction of Order of Barristers, an honor bestowed upon only the top ten courtroom advocates in each graduating class. In his over a decade of experience, Treasure has successfully tried over 30 cases to verdict before juries throughout Indiana and Illinois. As a former Lake County Prosecutor and a current defense attorney, he has considerable knowledge and experience in the negotiation, investigation, and handling of all manner of criminal matters. As a former insurance defense attorney, he is pleased to provide our clients with detailed and thorough representation that addresses the many obstacles set forth by insurance companies and their attorneys in litigation. Mr. Treasure is proud to provide top-notch representation to each and every client he represents. Mr. Treasure currently resides in Schererville with his wife Kathleen and their son. In his spare time, Justin and his wife are active members of Northwest Indiana’s thriving arts community. With more than 30 years of experience on and off stage, Treasure has received multiple regional awards for acting and directing.

George Ivancevich
Attorney George Ivancevich served as a Magistrate Judge in the Lake County Circuit Court, presiding over general civil matters in addition to family court and was also appointed probate commissioner overseeing various estate matters. Since leaving the bench in 2005, Attorney Ivancevich continued to expound on the knowledge obtained while Magistrate and expand his practice into various areas of law. From criminal law matters to dissolutions and custody issues, to personal injury law, employment law, and complex estate law matters, Attorney Ivancevich is uniquely situated to serve his client’s needs in any matter needed. Attorney Ivancevich is often selected by his peers to serve as a mediator over complex cases, in addition to being selected and appointed by the judiciary as guardian ad litem. Because of his ability to remain impartial over highly contentious and often emotion-driven disputes, Attorney Ivancevich was appointed “special master” over a multimillion-dollar estate dispute which required he monitor the status of the estate and approve various decisions made amongst family members and present status reports to the judiciary. Even with the accolades he’s acquired in the legal community, Attorney Ivancevich strongly believes in the philosophy that being a lawyer is his career, but it does not define his life. He is an advocate for having a work/life balance and makes a point to spend time with his family and friends, and also serves as a board member at his church.

Andrew Flores
Andrew Flores is an Associate Attorney at Paul Rossi Law Offices. He is a native of Northwest Indiana. In 2014, Andrew graduated from Indiana University Northwest with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. He went on to attend Valparaiso University School of Law and graduated with a law degree in 2017. During law school, Andrew was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team and competed in mock trial competitions locally and in Chicago. He also gained profitable legal experience as a certified law clerk with private firms and government offices, including the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Indiana and the Cook County Public Defender’s Office in Illinois. Before joining Paul Rossi Law Offices, Andrew served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Tippecanoe County, Indiana, where he handled criminal and child support matters. In his free time, he loves spending time with family and friends, playing the guitar, and traveling.

James Thomson
A native of Winchester, Virginia, James Thomson graduated from Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Psychology. He attended law school at Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia. While attending law school, he clerked for the Honorable Neil Randolph Bryant of the 26th Judicial Circuit of Virginia. After completing law school, James relocated to Indiana with his wife, Natasha. James became licensed to practice law in Indiana after passing the Indiana State Bar Exam in 2023. He currently practices the following areas of law at the Paul Rossi Law Offices: Criminal law, Civil Defense, Foreclosure Defense, Business law, Estate law, and Subrogation law. James most enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys staying active by hiking and skiing.
