Todd Hunter

A sixth generation Tallahassean, Todd focuses his practice on personal injury, wrongful death, and workers compensation cases following a successful career in insurance defense. Throughout his career, he has represented thousands of clients and recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on their behalf. Todd is admitted to practice in both Florida and Georgia, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Florida State University College of Business and his Juris Doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law. While in law school, Todd was voted Best Overall Advocate in Mock Trial Practice, recognition of his exceptional trial skill and command of courtroom advocacy. After graduation, he began his legal career as a prosecutor with the State Attorney’s Office, where he served as lead counsel in more than sixty jury trials over a three-year span. This foundation gave him extensive experience in trial strategy, witness examination, and jury persuasion-skills he now brings to his advocacy for injured clients.

Michael Fulcher

Michael Fulcher is the founding attorney at Michael Fulcher Law, specializing in DUI defense, criminal defense, and personal injury. He has over 20 years of experience, including serving as an Assistant Public Defender and an Assistant District Attorney in Georgia. He holds a JD from Mercer University, an MBA from East Carolina University, and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Martin Fierman

Martin Fierman was born in Rochester, NY, and moved to Atlanta, GA, in 1954. He graduated from Emory University School of Law in 1967 and served in the military, providing legal services at Fort Benning, GA, and during a 12-month tour in Vietnam, where he defended servicemen. After active duty, he established a private law practice in Atlanta. In 1984, he and JoAngela opened a law practice in Eatonton, GA, which they moved to Madison, GA, in June 2011, where they currently maintain Fierman Law Firm. He and JoAngela have raised five children, two of whom are lawyers, with their son Ben officially joining the family practice in 2015.

Ben Fierman

Ben Fierman graduated from Morgan County High School in 2006 and pursued his education at Appalachian State University. He continued his legal education at the University of Mississippi School of Law from 2012 to 2015. During his time at "Ole Miss," Ben was an active member of the Mississippi Law Journal, Negotiation Board, Trial Advocacy Board, and Dean’s Leadership Council, receiving honors such as Outstanding Student Awards and a "Best Lawyer" Award. In 2015, he passed the Mississippi and Georgia Bar Exams and returned to Madison, GA, to begin his full-time practice at Fierman Law Firm. Ben and his partner, Adrienne, have three children and have lived on their farm in Greene County since 2021.
