Josh Reinitz

I am currently Of Counsel with the Aretsky Law Group. I was previously a partner at Iacullo Martino & Reinitz, LLC in Nutley. My legal practice is primarily dedicated to defending clients against DWI and Criminal or Quasi-Criminal charges in both Municipal and Superior Courts throughout New Jersey. I was among the inaugural group of 21 attorneys across the state to be Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Municipal Court Trial Attorney. I now serve as the Chair of the Certification Committee for Municipal Court Attorneys. In 2019, I was honored with the Municipal Court Practitioner of the Year Award by my peers at the State Bar. I am currently serving my second term as an elected Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association and have previously chaired the Municipal Court Practice Section. In 2016, I received the New Leader of the Bar Award from the New Jersey Law Journal, which recognizes the top attorneys in New Jersey under 40 years old. Chief Justice Rabner appointed me to the Supreme Court’s Municipal Court Practice Committee and the Supreme Court’s Working Group on Municipal Court Reform. I am also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Legislation & Judicial Administration Committee and have represented the State Bar Association as Amicus counsel in significant municipal court matters. My experience extends to roles as both a Municipal Prosecutor and a Municipal Public Defender. I was also a Fellow in the New Jersey State Bar Association Leadership Academy. Additionally, I have been a member of the Office of Attorney Ethics Fee Arbitration Committee for District V-C and am currently serving my second term as Deputy Mayor in the Borough of Fair Lawn. Natalee Picillo

Natalee Picillo is a highly experienced New Jersey divorce and family law attorney. She received a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Mathematics from the University of Scranton in 1983. She earned a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1986 and was licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey the same year. Sarah N. Gloates Horta

Sarah N. Gloates Horta, Esq., is a senior Of Counsel attorney with the Aretsky Law Group, P.C. representing clients with matrimonial & family law matters. She was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico and is fluent in both Spanish and English. In 2010, she graduated from The Pennsylvania State University and earned a Bachelors of Science in Crime, Law & Justice. Thereafter in 2013, she received her Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Sarah externed for the Honorable Bonnie J. Mizdol, (Ret.) A.J.S.C. while Her Honor was the Presiding Judge for the Family Part in Bergen County. Upon graduating from law school, she joined The Radol Law Firm in Englewood and Englewood Cliffs for many years. During that time, Sarah ascended from an associate to the firm’s Family Division Managing Partner. In 2020, she established The Law Offices of Sarah N. Gloates Horta, Esq., L.L.C. in Hackensack, N.J. Armando R. Horta

Armando R. Horta, Esq., is a proud graduate of both The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors of Science in Crime, Law & Justice and a minor in Sociology in 2006 and of Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010. After graduation from Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Horta had the honor of completing a one-year Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable Bonnie J. Mizdol, (Ret.) A.J.S.C. during the time that Judge Mizdol was the Presiding Judge of the Family Part in Bergen County. Upon completion of his Judicial Clerkship in 2011, Mr. Horta began practicing in the private sector with the law firm of Budd Larner, P.C. as an associate in their Family Law Department. Mr. Horta then went on to become a partner in the Law Offices of Matthew M. Gorman, LLC and eventually established Horta Law, in February 2014. Mr. Horta is currently Of Counsel with the Aretsky Law Group. Since entering the private sector, Mr. Horta has devoted his practice to Divorce and Family Law related matters.
