His area of law focuses on business and commercial law, estate planning, probate law and trust, creditor’s collection rights corporation law, real estate transactions, and contracts. He has been with the firm and helped people with legal issues since 1979. He serves as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Bank of North Dakota from 1995 to the present and he served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the North Dakota Public Service Commission from 1980 to 1983. Arlen is also the Mandan Park District attorney.
