Craig R. Woodward

Craig R. Woodward practices law in Woodward, Pires & Lombardo’s Marco Island location. He joined his father, Arthur V. Woodward, Esq., in 1980. Mark J. Woodward

Mark J. Woodward is the Managing Partner of Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. in Naples and Marco Island, Florida. Mark has over 40 years of experience practicing law in the State of Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctorate from Stetson College of Law. F. Scott Pauzar, III

F. Scott (“Scott”) Pauzar, III is a litigation and personal injury law attorney in Woodward, Pires & Lombardo’s Naples office. He has a broad base of legal knowledge and skills cultivated through over 19 years of experience as a litigator in complex litigation in both state and federal courts. Previously, Scott was an Assistant State Attorney at the 20th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Fort Myers. During his five years as a Prosecutor, Scott conducted over 30 jury trials. After leaving the Office of the State Attorney, Scott served as an insurance defense attorney for 11 years, where his practice focused on litigation of complex cases and catastrophic injuries. Scott now combines his jury trial and defense experience to represent his clients successfully in litigation and personal injury law matters. Scott is a military veteran, having served on active duty in the United States Air Force between 1989 and 1993. He is a native of Naples, Florida. Scott received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Jacksonville University in 1996 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2004. He is a member of The Florida Bar and admitted to practice in the U.S. Middle District and the U.S. Northern District of Florida.

Daniel E. Buley

Daniel Buley was born and raised in Connecticut. He graduated from the University of New Haven in 2010 with a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies: Dispute Resolution and Criminal Justice: Law Enforcement, and a Minor in Psychology. While studying at the University of New Haven, he was an active member on the Trial Team and received the David Maxwell Law Award in Criminal Justice. He then attended Roger Williams University School of Law to achieve his Juris Doctor in 2013, where he also earned the Dean’s Award, Bridge Award, Public Service Award, and a Jurisprudence Scholarship. Following graduation in 2013, Daniel was admitted to the Connecticut Bar and joined a private firm specializing in criminal law, juvenile delinquency, child protection, family law, and habeas corpus. Through his work as a certified Special Public Defender and habeas attorney, he developed strong litigation, investigation and communication skills that allowed him to meet the needs of his clients. Daniel then became a trial attorney for Liberty Mutual handling their complex automobile and premises liability matters. He sat first chair on over forty trials, conducted over eight hundred depositions, defended over one hundred arbitrations, and regularly argued discovery and evidentiary motions in court. In 2021, Daniel and his family moved to Florida. During his transition he worked as a Complex Bodily Injury Adjuster where he resolved complex coverage issues, regularly valued and negotiated bodily injury settlements, and strategized with counsel in preparation for trial. In July of 2025, Daniel joined Boatman Ricci. He is serving clients across Florida and Connecticut, assisting the firm with all aspects of civil litigation and personal injury. Daniel lives in Naples with his wife, Marinela, and two children, Aidan and Jacob. In his spare time he serves on the prayer team and teaches middle-aged students at his local church and also serves as a marriage counselor with his wife.

Neely B. Brown

Neely Brown is a skilled attorney with a diverse background in personal injury, construction, business litigation, and premises liability. Zachary W. Lombardo

Zachary (“Zach”) W. Lombardo is a partner at Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. He is a Board Certified Specialist in City, County & Local Government Law by The Florida Bar and is the City Attorney for Everglades City. Zach’s primary focus is helping public and private clients in a wide variety of land use and local government matters, including strategizing both advocacy for as well as opposition to: comprehensive plan amendments, re-zoning, and planned unit development (PUD) zoning and amendments, conditional uses and comparable use determinations, variances and non-conforming uses, land development code amendments, official interpretations and zoning verification letters, building code appeals, floodplain regulations, code enforcement, right-of-way permits and vacations, easement use agreements and vacations, and litigation related to the above. He frequently appears before the Marco Island Planning Board, the Marco Island City Council, the Collier County Planning Commission, the Collier County Hearing Examiner, and the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County.
