After leaving the Office of the State Attorney, Scott served as an insurance defense attorney for 11 years, where his practice focused on litigation of complex cases and catastrophic injuries. Scott now combines his jury trial and defense experience to represent his clients successfully in litigation and personal injury law matters. Scott is a military veteran, having served on active duty in the United States Air Force between 1989 and 1993. He is a native of Naples, Florida. Daniel Buley was born and raised in Connecticut. He graduated from the University of New Haven in 2010 with a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies: Dispute Resolution and Criminal Justice: Law Enforcement, and a Minor in Psychology. While studying at the University of New Haven, he was an active member on the Trial Team and received the David Maxwell Law Award in Criminal Justice. In 2021, Daniel and his family moved to Florida.
