Lawrence Wayne Jackson
Lawrence Jackson has provided sound, strategic legal solutions to individuals and businesses for 20 years. He received his B.A. from the University of Arkansas - Little Rock in 1987. He earned his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1992, where he was a Member and Assistant Editor of the UALR Law Journal. His published casenotes include 'Public Law - The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act - Working Papers and Litigation Files of Attorneys Hired by Public Entities Are Subject to Disclosure.' From 1992 to 1993, Mr. Jackson was a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Robert H. Dudley of the Arkansas Supreme Court. He also obtained one of the all-time largest verdicts in Arkansas - $43.6 million in Old St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church v. First Nation Insurance Group. Lawrence Jackson represents clients in local, state and federal courts. He is admitted before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Sixth and Eighth Circuits, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Mississippi and the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Lawrence Jackson's memberships include the Crittenden County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Inns of Court. He is also on the Board of Directors of East Arkansas Youth Services. Shalondra Grandberry Pickford
Shalondra Grandberry Pickford is the founding attorney and owner of Pickford Law. Her practice focuses on Social Security disability, Veterans’ disability and Car and Trucking accidents. Prior to founding Pickford Law, Shalondra worked as an Associate Attorney at Memphis’ most prominent Social Security disability firm. She later joined a personal injury firm where she oversaw the Social Security practice area and handled personal injury claims until hanging out her own shingle in March 2017. Prior to beginning her career in the law, Shalondra previously worked for the Social Security Administration as a claims representative for both programs, Social Security Disability (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Attorney Pickford is licensed to practice in the States of Tennessee and Arkansas. Additionally, Shalondra is a wife and mother. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Jayniece Higgins Harris
Jayniece Higgins Harris’ serves the firm as an attorney, providing guidance to the firm in the practice areas of personal injury, uncontested divorce, and estate planning. She provides critical training and oversight to the firm to ensure that each client’s case is handled with the utmost care. Jayniece graduated from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, and has always had one focus: “Make sure that your clients are treated the way you want your family to be treated.” From then on, she has made sure she has fought for others that may not have any one else to fight for them. During her tenure as an Assistant Public Defender, Jayniece handled caseloads ranging from misdemeanors to felonies and was the Public Defender Division Leader of the Mental Health Court in General Sessions Criminal Court Division 9. Prior to being a Public Defender, Jayniece worked for a nationwide personal injury law firm where she handled slip and fall, dog bite, and negligent security cases. Jayniece also serves as a part-time Commissioner for the Civil Service Commission for the City of Memphis, a City board that conducts hearings to review disciplinary actions, limited to suspensions, dismissals, or demotions of specific Memphis City employees. She is licensed in Tennessee and is currently awaiting Arkansas licensure. Jayniece enjoys spending time with her family and playing video games in her spare time.
